Dense vibrations,
On the out-breath purge and release,
Surrendering them to the universe,

A fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.
Breathing light from the stars into the emotional body.
Anywhere you are holding dense energies,
Emotional energies that don't belong to you on the out-breath purge and release,
Sending them back to the light.

Archangel of water,
Archangel of the emotions,

Inviting that fire to join you.

And let's invite the archangels of the vertical force plane,
Metatron and Sandefon.
Beginning with Metatron,
We call on this angel to bring down the christ grid,
The cosmic christ grid down,
Through the stargate of our sun down,
Into this dimension of the earth.
Down into the structure of the building you're in,
The walls,
Floors,
Ceilings,
Doors,
Windows around you.
Closing off the space in a white gold light.
Just feeling that grid connecting with you.
Cosmic christ grid.
Shifting your energy,

Let's also call to Sandefon of the earth below,
Crystalline grid of the earth below,
To bring up that diamond white crystalline light up to the feet.
Up to your legs.

Feel this grid grounding you,

I call now to archangels from the star system Aldebaran to come and join you.

I call upon these archangels to bring down now,
Light from the star Aldebaran.
A column of amber,
Gold,
Peach and pink light around you.
And this column of light surrounds you and goes deep into the crystalline grid of the earth,
Anchoring there.
Just feeling this protective high vibrational light forming around you,
Intensifying.
And as it intensifies,
The centre of this column begins to change colour into an orange,
Gold and red energy passing through your physical body and your inner channel between the crown and base.
A beautiful orange,
Gold and red energy.
Just allowing this energy to form and intensify,
Holding you.
And allowing this light to begin to strengthen your energy fields,
Reminding you of your stellar origins.
That you are indeed loved and supported.
That there are a number of higher civilisations in the universe that have ascended into 5D and also 6D.
Just allowing the central core of this column,
This orangey gold red to begin to infuse your whole chakra system.
And from there your meridian system.
Infusing your whole physical body.
Reminding you that your core vibration is different from the natives of this planet.
Those who do not have a strong connection to their stellar roots.
Just breathing and opening and softening and relaxing.
Allowing the amber gold,
Peach and pink light to assist you in clearing any fear you hold around the shift going on on the planet right now.
Clearing any fear you may hold around the current upheavals going on right now.
Clearing any fear your unconscious mind holds around upcoming probable events that are there to help with the dissolution of old systems and structures.
Clearing any fear you may have around dark forces on this planet that seek to prevent the shift.
Releasing all fear.
Allowing a great liberation from fear or anxiety.
Opening now to a sense of some of the new structures and systems due to come as the 5D timeline progresses.
Allow this light to touch your third eye,

And also sacral,

Giving you a sense of the great influx of star seeds happening right now.
And how this will increase over the next decade.

Helping to release any attachment you may have to the old 3D timeline.
This is not your highest destiny.
There are many souls on the planet that will follow that timeline.
Those who have not yet finished learning within that density.
But that is not your destiny.
