Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise.
Throat chakra and higher heart activation.
Becoming aware of your cycle of breath.
Just taking a moment to go within and connect with the cycle of breath.
The in-breath.
The pause.
The out-breath.
The pause.
Allowing this cycle of breath to bring your mind into a quiet space,
Becoming more aware of the present moment.
And in this space,
As you focus on the cycle of breath,
Pulling your mind back from all concerns and contemplations on the past,
Or any concerns or contemplations on your future.
With your breath,
Becoming aware of your core.
Then feeling this core like a tiny radiant diamond at the centre of your being,
Which may be in the belly,
Hara,
Solar plexus,
Or perhaps near the heart.
Just breathing and opening.
Feeling this core is connected to the crystalline core of the earth.
And your core can naturally draw up energy from the core of the earth.
With your breath,
Just allowing light to come up from the earth into your core.
To invigorate your core.
And ignite and expand your core.
Allowing light to expand out through your physical body,
Bones,
Blood,
Organs,
Systems,
Cells.
Allowing this light to spill out into your auric field,
All layers,
Levels,
And dimensions.
A bright light from the core.
As your body and aura become filled with light.
Become aware of another point of light in the centre of your throat.
This is the centre of your throat chakra.
Feel the connection between these two points of light,
One in your core,
And one in the centre of the throat.
When your throat is open,
Balanced,
And activated.
You are able to express yourself authentically,
Honestly,
And freely.
You are able to think creatively,
Expansively.
To communicate easily,
Clearly,
And confidently.
You are able to express your multidimensional gifts and allow this expression to open new avenues of abundance for yourself and others.
When the throat is closed and unbalanced,
You may feel some difficulty in speaking your mind.
Some difficulty in communicating your thoughts and feelings.
You may feel creatively blocked somehow or uninspired.
You may have the feeling of not being heard or being misunderstood by others.
You may feel a certain level of self-doubt.
Perhaps a certain experience of conflict.
Perhaps even a breakdown in communication with others.
You may even struggle to experience open,
Authentic communication in your relationships.
Allow the light from your core to dissolve now any energetic blocks to your authentic self-expression.
Allow this light to dissolve any energetic blocks to your creative self-expression through whatever medium you choose to express it through.
Allow this light to release any self-doubt.
Any criticism that has become lodged in your throat.
Releasing any lack of trust in yourself and your abilities and gifts.
Allow this light to dissolve any anxiety around speaking your truth.
Around your truth being rejected.
Any fear of confrontation due to speaking your truth.
Clearing any old limiting programs within the throat center that creates any form of misunderstanding or conflict.
Allowing this light to dissolve any need for external validation.
Allow this light from your core to begin to bring out the natural beauty,
Color and radiance of your throat center.
Allowing the vibration of your throat to increase all layers and levels to the highest most appropriate vibratory level and space for you right now.
Allow this light to activate a strong healing for your throat.
Helping you know that your word is law in your own universe.
Activating your right to be heard.
Activating a strong sense of self-assurance.
Inner power.
The power to express your authentic truth.
Your authentic message.
The power to walk your true path.
The power to shine your true light.
Increasing your ability to create harmonious relationships through the power of your voice.
Now becoming aware of another point of light in the center of your higher heart center,
Which is situated between the throat and heart centers.
Your higher heart chakra is your connection to the higher self and your Christ consciousness.
Just feeling now into the connection between these three points of light.
One in your core.
One in your throat.
One in your higher heart.
Creating a triangle of light and power.
When the throat and higher heart are open,
Balanced and activated,
Then a rainbow bridge of light is created between the fourth and fifth dimensions within your being.
Allow the light within your core to begin to bring out the natural beauty,
Color and radiance of your higher heart center.
Allowing a greater connection between your higher heart and throat.
In this connection increasing your innate ability to open to higher dimensional energies.
Your innate ability for open communication with your higher self,
Guides,
Angels,
Stellar races,
Interdimensional guides,
Ascended beings and all other helpful multidimensional beings.
In this connection increasing your innate ability to channel information from various multidimensional sources.
Increasing your ability to receive light codes.
As you go about your day,
Just feel into this process going on within your body.
Feeling the connection between these three points of light.
Remember that you are a multidimensional soul.
