5D Ascension Exercise Syrian Starseeds A Syrian starseed is a soul whose primary home is in the Sirius star system and there are two stars in this system that concern this exploration known as Sirius A and Sirius B.
Sirius A is the home of Ascended Masters,
Councillors of Light.
Sirius B is the home of Whale and Dolphin beings.
Sirius A's civilization is renowned for its advanced technologies which transcend the limitations of conventional understanding and Syrian starseeds may have a deep intuitive access to these technologies.
Syrian starseeds are wisdom keepers,
Drawn to understand the many mysteries of the universe.
Some are drawn to develop the intellect and powers of the mind.
Those with connections to Sirius B will be drawn to living near water or having a strong connection with the sea.
They often act as peacekeepers and guardians for our world.
They are here to help guide the ascension of humanity during these times of turbulence.
And open body,
Open mind.
Becoming aware of the cycle of the breath.
Allowing this focus and this practice to quieten the mind.
Bringing your whole being into the present moment.
Releasing all contemplations on the past or future.
With your breath become more aware of a point of light in the centre of your heart.
Feeling this point to be like a tiny diamond.
With your breath allow this point to ignite in light.
And begin to radiate light throughout the physical body.
And following the cycle of breath.
And this point of light is connected to the crystalline core of the earth.
With your in-breath draw up light from the crystalline core.
Ethereal white light up into the body.
Increasing your general radiance as well as grounding you deeply into the crystalline grid.
And following the cycle of breath.
Become aware also that the point of light in the heart is connected to the crystalline core of the sun.
With your in-breath you can draw light down from the sun.
Golden light increasing the radiance of your whole field.
And connecting you more deeply into the Christ grid.
Emanating from the core of the sun.
Allow this focus on core of the earth and core of the sun to raise your vibration.
Let's call now archangels from the Syrian star system.
Begin to enter your space.
Holding your space in light.
A white gold light.
Just feel into this protective light around you.
A sphere of light.
That perhaps in some way may remind you of your home.
Whether that home was Sirius A or Sirius B.
Or perhaps on both stars.
Into this space that's called ascended beings from Sirius A.
Including beings from the council of light there.
And these beings are helping to steer the evolution of the earth and humanity.
They begin to transmit light to you.
Reminding you of your long-standing connection with the Syrian star system.
Reminding you first of your connection to Sirius A.
Reminding you of the mystery scores on Sirius A that stores much wisdom and offers much learning.
And these mystery scores can be visited in the dream time.
Just open and allow the transmission to remind you of the ascended beings on Sirius A who are helping to steer the spiritual evolution of the earth.
And many spiritual teachers that have visited the earth have had their home here.

Let's also call beings from Sirius B.
Including beings from the dolphin and whale races.
And they began to transmit a different light to you.
Reminding you of your long-standing connection with Sirius B.
Reminding you of all the ascended beings on Sirius B.
The whale and dolphin races that have also been very connected to the history of the earth.
And in this transmission reminding you of the beautiful oceans that were perhaps once your home there.
Just open to this transmission.

Perhaps one feels stronger than the other.
Perhaps both are equally strong.
