5D Ascension Exercise Pleiadian Starseeds You are listening to this track because perhaps you feel you come from the Pleiades or you are interested in exploring that connection.
A Pleiadian Starseed is a soul that has lived many lifetimes within the Pleiades star system also known as the Seven Sisters.
The Pleiades are located in the constellation of Taurus,
Which is about 444 light years from Earth.
This sounds quite far but it's actually relatively close.
This star system is home to many civilizations that exist in different dimensions,
Some of which are technologically and spiritually advanced.
Pleiadian Starseeds have come to this ascending dimension of the earth plane to share their light,
Their love,
Their wisdom with humanity.
These Starseeds have been drawn to the earth by the pull of their ancestral heritage since Pleiadian races have long been connected to the earth.
Humanity was seeded with Pleiadian DNA long ago.
The civilization of Mammuria was very connected to Pleiadian Star races.
However much had to be hidden when the Pleiadian Star family realized that humanity was descending in consciousness.
At this time of awakening much is being gradually revealed by our Pleiadian Star family again so that in decades to come humanity will have a clearer idea of their stellar roots.
Many Pleiadian Starseeds are being contacted here on earth to act as conscious channelers of stellar information.
Their love is definitely a Pleiadian Starseed superpower.
They tend to be very open hearted and are heart led,
However sometimes naively so since they can get caught up in the false twin flame delusional connection.
This is due to the nature of strong soul bonding within the Pleiades.
Pleiadian Starseeds have been incarnating on earth for many lifetimes.
Unlike most Starseeds those with a strong Pleiadian connection tend to fit more easily on the earth plane.
They are here to help humanity ascend to a higher dimension of consciousness.
So open body open mind,
Becoming aware of the cycle of your breath,
Just focusing on the breath,
The cycle of breath,
The in breath,
The pause,
The out breath,
The pause.
With this discipline,
With this focus allow the mind to quieten,

Pulling your mind back from all concerns of past or future.
As you focus on the breath become more aware of a point of light in the center of your heart that may feel like a tiny diamond.
With this focus this point begins to ignite and radiate light throughout your body.
Feel that this point of light in the heart is connected to the crystalline grid of the earth.
And with your breath you can call up ethereal white light from the crystalline grid of the earth with your in breath.
With each in breath drawing up light,
Allowing the light to increase your general radiance.
Also allowing this process to help you ground more deeply into the crystalline grid of the earth,
Into the very core,
The very heart of the earth.
Also becoming aware of the point of light connected to the crystalline core of the sun.
You can draw light down on the in breath from the sun,
Golden light with each breath,
Increasing your general radiance.
As well as helping you ground more deeply into the ascension grid emanating from the core of the sun.
Allowing this focus on the core of the earth and core of the sun to assist you in raising your vibration.
And I call now into your space archangels connected to the central sun of the Pleiades.
Begin to enter the space,
Begin to hold your space in a gorgeous white gold light.
A cocoon of white gold light.
Let us feel into this protective cocoon of light that in some way may remind you of your home in the Pleiades.
Let us also call ascended beings from the Pleiades.
Beings from various races within that star system that you have some connection to.
So let us welcome ascended beings from the over lighting council of the Pleiades.
These beings are there to help steer the evolution of all beings connected to Pleiades,
Including Pleiadian star seeds on earth.
Just open as they begin to transmit light to you,
Reminding you of your long standing connection to many races of the Pleiades.
Calling on these archangels and ascended beings to begin to work this light to clear and open your energy fields,
Your energy centers.
To open you to a new level of openness,
A new level of light.
Just open and allow this light to go into the very core of your being,
Into the core of your DNA,
Reminding your DNA that your essence was seeded with Pleiadian DNA many thousands of years ago.
Also allow this transmission of light to begin to enter your heart space.
Clearing your heart space from any unhealthy cording and connections.
Clearing and also shielding your heart,
In particular from energy vampires and force twin flame connections.
Clearing the heart,
Protecting the heart.
Also allow this transmission to begin to clear your sacral from any unhealthy romantic cording of an intimate nature.
Helping you release any relationships not for your highest good.
Allowing the archangels and ascended beings to begin to transmit to you light to help you awaken the power of love within you.
Love combined with the power of discernment.
So that your power of love can help you shift and transform your reality and at the same time repel any false light beings that are attracted to your superpower and would seek to use it for their own purposes.
