Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise,
Feminine and Masculine Earth.
As you begin your day,
Become aware of your cycle of breath,
Allowing the constant rhythm of this cycle to connect you to the core of your being and to the present moment.
Just allowing the in-breath,
The pause,
The out-breath and the pause to help you become more aware of the core of your energy,
Wherever that core is in your body.
Focusing on the cycle of breath,
Just invite the power of your soul's light to begin to ignite in the core of your being.
Light in the body,
Allowing this vibration of light to begin to gently radiate out throughout your physical body.
Allowing this vibration of light to begin to gently radiate out into your auric field.
As you become aware of the point of light in your core,
Also become aware of a greater point of light below your feet within the crystalline core of the earth,
And this point represents your connection to source energy.
Choose to ignite the divine feminine within the earth,
However you perceive that energy to be.
Feel your point of light within your core begin to come into resonance with the point of divine feminine light in the core of the earth.
Just feeling that resonance,
That divine feminine resonance in your being.
Feel that divine feminine resonance in your being,
Activating your own divine feminine core and breathe,
Feeling that core,
Feeling that divine feminine in the core of your being and then releasing the intensity of that connection as we focus on another point of light and power.
Focusing on the cycle of breath and the point of light at your core.
As you do so,
Become aware of a new point of light within the crystalline core of the earth,
And this point of light represents the divine masculine energy within the earth itself.
Invoke that divine masculine energy,
However you perceive that energy to be,
And feel the point of light within your own core come into resonance with the point of divine masculine light at the core of the earth.
Feel that divine masculine resonate in your being,
Activating your own divine masculine core.
When you feel ready,
Begin to connect with both points of light in the earth at the same time.
Perhaps these points of light in the earth,
The divine masculine,
Divine feminine,
Occupy the same space.
Perhaps they seem different,
Occupying separate spaces.
Know that these two points of light in the earth are intimately connected.
They are both an aspect of God,
Goddess,
All that is.
As you go about your day,
Play turning the intensity of one of these points up in the earth for a time,
Exploring the intensity of that point.
Perhaps explore the intensity of both points at the same time.
You may notice there'll be times where these two points feel quite separate and perhaps other times where they seem to merge and be one.
Play with focusing on either the masculine or feminine energy within the earth as you go about your day.
