5D ascension exercise,
Fairy races,
Fairy light.
Becoming aware of your cycle of breath.
The breath is the bridge between spirit and matter.
And with this focus,
Allowing your mind to quieten.
Becoming more aware of the present moment.
And for now,
Pulling your mind back from all contemplations on the past or concerns about the future.
With your breath becoming aware of a point of light in the centre of your heart,
Your heart chakra.
Feeling this point like a tiny radiant diamond at the centre of your energetic being.
Know and feel that this tiny point of light in your heart is connected to the crystalline core of the earth.
And that you can draw up crystalline ethereal light from the crystalline grid of the earth into your heart chakra.
Do this to activate and invigorate your heart centre.
Filling your heart with light.
And allowing this light from the crystalline grid of the earth to begin to ignite and expand your heart.
Filling the physical body with light.
Allowing this light also to begin to radiate out into your auric field.
Know and feel this tiny point of light in your heart is also connected to the crystalline core of the sun.
And that you could draw down solar light through the cosmic christ grid down into this point of light.
Do this to activate and invigorate your heart.
Allowing this solar light within your heart to fill your body with light.
And to then spill out into your auric field.
Light from the earth,
Light from the sun,
In your physical body and auric field.
As your body and aura become filled with light from the core of Gaia and the core of the sun,
Turn now your attention downwards towards the crystalline core of the earth.
There are many kingdoms of light within the earth that have been called many names over the years.
We could call these realms of light the fairy realms.
Though the fairy races are not the small elemental beings that we have called fairies in this realm.
The fairy races are tall,
Magnificent,
Magical beings.
The fairy races are of a higher vibration than the human collective.
There was a time in the distant past where the human and fairy races coexisted on the earth.
Though as the human collective began to descend into a lower frequency,
The fairy races left the earth to dwell in their own dimension in the inner earth.
Focusing your attention on your heart centre and the crystalline core of the earth.
And with this focus we now invoke the love and energy of the fairy races.
Using this focus to draw up light through the crystalline grid of the earth.
And this light may appear as a crystal white cone of energy that begins to expand in size as it rises up around you from the earth grid.
This crystal white cone is sprinkled with deep fairy blue veins of light.
The cone begins to rise from the earth around the feet and legs to the base chakra.
As it reaches your base,
A band of fairy blue light begins to spiral around the base chakra.
And this band of light reminds your body and body elemental that you are naturally connected to the magic of the earth.
With this focus on your heart and the crystalline core of the earth.
Drawing up this fairy cone of light up to the sacral belly area.
As it reaches the sacral,
Another band of fairy blue light begins to spiral around the sacral chakra.
Sending a healing fairy blue light into your emotional body.
Sending love and magical support to your inner child.
To any part of you stuck or frozen in the past due to any past trauma.
With this focus on your heart and the crystalline core of the earth.
Drawing this fairy cone of light up to the heart and higher heart.
As it reaches these two chakras,
A band of fairy blue light begins to spiral around and between these two centres.
Sending a healing fairy blue light into your heart.
Helping you to release any heavy energies you've picked up in this world,
Weighing down your heart.
Weighing down your ability to connect with the magic that still exists in this world.
With this focus on your heart and the crystalline core of the earth.
Drawing up this fairy cone of light above the heart and higher heart to the third eye.
As it reaches the third eye,
A band of fairy blue light begins to spiral around this centre.
Sending a healing fairy blue light into the third eye.
Helping you release any heavy mental energies.
Any heavy visual imagery you have picked up from this world,
Weighing down your mind.
Weighing down your ability to envision something new.
Your ability to envision magic in this world.
In this cone of fairy blue light,
Touching the third eye,
Heart,
Higher heart,
Sacral and base.
Just open your inner senses to hear and feel the fairy races in the inner earth.
Perhaps you may be able to hear beautiful singing coming from the earth.
This is something you can open to.
Please note,
The more you seek to hear those beautiful voices,
The more elusive they can become.
Just open your connection to the fairy races and allow the singing deep within the earth to remind you of your true stellar nature.
For some of you this will be a reminder of your connection to the fairy realms.
Some of you have had lifetimes within those realms.
As you go about your day,
Just feel into this process going on in your energy fields.
Know that you are held in this fairy blue light.
That you have a connection to the fairy races within the inner dimensions of the earth.
Remember you are a multidimensional soul.
You are here for an important reason.
You are here to celebrate your life.
You are here to create a magical and joyful reality.
You are here to transform all limitations into flow,
Joy and liberation and love.
You are here and each step you take is supported by the light of Gaia.
