Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise,
Angel of Pearls,
And open body,
Open mind,
Becoming aware of the cycle of your breath.
Allowing the cycle of your breath to connect you more deeply to the body.
With this focus on the cycle of breath,
Allowing the mind to quieten and become more fully centered in the present moment.
Releasing all concerns about past or future contemplations.
So just following that cycle of breath and stilling the mind.
And as you have well practiced with your breath,
Becoming more aware of a point of light in the center of your heart.
And this point may feel like a tiny radiant diamond at the center of the heart chakra.
With your cycle of breath,
Activate this point so that it begins to ignite and radiate light throughout your body,
Brilliant white light.
And with the breath,
Begin to draw up light,
Ethereal white light from the crystalline grid of the earth with the in-breath into that point.
Increasing the radiance of this point of light,
As well as grounding you more deeply into the crystalline grid of the earth,
Into the core,
Into the very heart of the earth.
So just following that cycle of breath,
Drawing up light into the point in the heart,
Increasing your natural radiance within the body,
Grounding.
As you follow that cycle of breath,
Just note that within the magnetic grid of the earth,
There are many angels,
Over-lighting angels,
That can be contacted there for healing and support.
These over-lighting angels are connected to every aspect of the mineral,
Plant and animal kingdoms.
So with this focus on the point of light in the heart,
And also the crystalline grid of the earth,
Let's invoke one particular angel that over-lights the precious stone known to us as Pearl.
In ancient times,
Pearls were considered to be the tears of the gods.
Pearls are the only jewels created in partnerships with living creatures.
Pearls radiate an energy that is calming,
Centering.
Pearls promote qualities such as calm,
Faith,
Loyalty,
Integrity and purity within those wearing pearls.
The angel of pearls embraces all of these qualities,
Along with a unique light that promotes a gentle movement towards personal and spiritual transformation.
The angel of pearl can be called upon in times of emotional challenge to help heal and move forward.
Allow the focus on the core of the earth to invoke this angel around you,
This energy,
This essence of this angel.
This angel radiates a pearlescent white light,
Allowing the angel to send waves of light into your heart chakra.
Pearlescent white light into your heart chakra,
Feeling this light healing,
Clearing and expanding the heart.
Helping to soothe the heart from any old heartache,
Heartbreak.
Igniting and expanding the qualities of calm,
Peace,
Faith,
Loyalty,
Integrity and purity within the heart.
So light into the heart,
And also allowing this angel to begin to transmit gentle waves of pearlescent white light into the sacral chakra.
Allowing this light,
This transmission to soothe your sacral from old emotional pain.
Igniting and gently expanding qualities of peace,
Calm,
Faith,
Loyalty,
Integrity and purity within the sacral.
Allowing this pearlescent white light to go deep into the heart and sacral centers.
Clearing and expanding your connection to your innate intuition.
To your sense of faith in being guided by the universe.
To your sense of alignment with your own soul's journey and mission.
Just feeding into this process,
Allowing pearlescent white light deep into your being.
Allowing this light to ignite true peace that exists within the core of your being.
Just allowing this sense of deep peace to flow out into all layers of your aura.
As you go about your day,
Just feed into this gentle healing and transformational process going in your body and your energy centers,
Your heart and sacral.
Allow this gentle pearlescent light to remind you that you are a precious being.
That you are needed here,
That you are here for an important reason.
You are here to live your life,
To love your life.
You are here to face and transform every challenge.
You have the ability,
The innate ability to turn lemons into lemonade.
