Allowing a point of light in the center of your heart to ignite,
And feeling this point like a tiny radiant diamond at the center of the heart,
Feeling this point of light is connected to the crystalline grid of the earth,
And with your cycle of breath,
The in-breath,
You can call up light from the earth,
Ethereal white light,
From the crystalline grid of the earth into your energy fields,
Grounding you into the crystalline grid of the earth,
Into the very core of the earth,
The very heart of the earth,
Feeling your point of light in the heart really resonating with the crystalline core of the earth,
And following that cycle of breath,
Also feeling the point of light in your heart connected to the crystalline core of the sun,
And knowing that with your in-breath,
You can call light down from the sun into your energy fields,
Increasing your vibration,
So feeling this connection between core of sun,
Core of earth and your heart,
And in this radiance,
We call to you now an angel of amethyst crystal,
The angel that overlights the crystal amethyst,
Allowing that angel to embrace you now in a powerful high frequency white lavender purple light,
Just feeling this embrace,
Holding your energy field,

Allowing this transmission of light to begin to go into your third eye,
Begin the clearing and healing and expansion of the third eye,
Allowing this white lavender purple light to go deep into the pineal gland,
A gland at the center of your head,
And in this transmission,
Helping to open up your psychic abilities,
