5D Ascension Exercise Andromedan Starseeds You are listening to this track because you feel you come from Andromeda or you are interested in exploring that connection.
An Andromedan starseed is a soul whose primary home is in the Andromeda galaxy.
Such starseeds choose to enter this galaxy and this earth plane to fulfill a specific mission.
They may have experienced lifetimes in other planets and star systems but Andromeda will feel their primary home.
These starseeds tend to possess a depth of wisdom and empathy,
Along with a sensitivity that can feel both a blessing and also a great challenge in this world.
This challenge is added to by a pervasive feeling of displacement and alienation from the world.
Such starseeds tend to enjoy time in nature since it is free from human ego tendencies and disturbances.
These starseeds may have an exceptional ability to communicate with the mineral,
Plant and animal kingdoms.
As these starseeds shake off dense layers of 3D conditioning,
They find a deep need for autonomy and will eventually find and follow a path that tends to be distinctly individualistic.
They have a profound sense of wishing to serve the world in some authentic and important way.

The breath that connects spirit and matter,

With this focus,

Become aware of a point of light in the centre of your heart,
And this point of light feels like a tiny radiant diamond.
With your focus on your breath,
Allow this point to begin to ignite and radiate light throughout your body.
As you focus on your breath and the point of light,
Feel the connection with the crystalline grid of the earth below,
And with your in-breath,
Pull up ethereal white light from the crystalline grid up into your field,
Allowing this light to increase your radiance,
As well as helping you ground more deeply into the core of the earth.
Focusing on the cycle of breath,
Feel your point of light is also connected to the crystalline core of the sun.
With your in-breath,
Pull down light,
White gold light,
Into your heart,
And out into your body and energy fields,
Grounding you more deeply into the ascension grid emanating from the core of the sun.
Just focusing on the cycle of breath,
Your connection to earth and sun,
Allowing this focus to raise your vibration.
Let us now call on archangels connected to the great central sun of the galaxy of Andromeda,
Calling them now to enter your space.
Enter your space,
They bring with them a gorgeous pearl white and rainbow column of light,
Allowing this column of light to form around you.
And this light originates from Andromeda,
And may perhaps in some way remind you of your home in another galaxy many light years away from the earth plane.
