Hello,

My name is Steve Garino.

I'll be guiding you on this meditation designed specifically to reduce your level of stress and anxiety while providing you with a soothing experience of peace and harmony.

If you haven't done so already,

Find a quiet place to listen to this meditation where it's unlikely you'll be disturbed.

You may listen to this meditation sitting in a comfortable chair or lying down.

Do what feels right for you.

Your hands can be at your side or resting comfortably in your lap.

The most important thing is for you to be comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Allow yourself to relax.

Know that you deserve to take this time to nourish your body and mind.

Know that you are worthy of experiencing a greater level of health,

Happiness,

And peace in your life.

Have faith that you will.

Listening to this meditation provides a safe,

Natural,

And healthy way to let go of any thoughts or feelings that are preventing you from enjoying the happiness you deserve.

Trust that now is a safe time for you to let go and allow those thoughts and feelings to fade and flow away.

As you listen to this meditation,

Allow yourself to replace those thoughts with a new experience,

An experience of peace and harmony.

Be aware of your breath.

I like to be aware of my breath while meditating.

This way,

If my thoughts begin to drift,

As does happen sometimes,

I can easily turn my attention back to my breath and return to the present moment.

So be aware of your breath.

As you breathe in,

Allow the feeling of the flow of the air to gently touch the bridge between your nostrils.

Allow yourself to feel that sensation.

As you exhale,

Be aware of the flow of the breath as it slowly leaves your body,

Exiting your nostrils.

As you breathe in,

Continue to be aware of the sensation of the air as it comes into your body.

And as you exhale,

Be aware of the sensation of that air as it leaves your body.

As you take your next few breaths,

Continue to be aware of the sensation and flow of the air as it enters and exits your body.

As you take your next breath,

Recall a time in your life when you felt happy and safe.

Allow yourself to see what you were doing when you experienced those feelings.

Allow yourself to see what was going on around you.

Was anyone else there?

Were you inside or outside?

What was it that was making you feel happy?

As you recall that memory,

Allow your experience to be filled with vibrant,

Warm colors.

As you sink a little deeper,

Allow yourself to absorb the sights and sounds that created the feeling of happiness you experienced.

Allow yourself to experience them with even more enthusiasm.

Experience the feeling of harmony as you allow those feelings to saturate your mind,

Providing you with a positive,

Nourishing experience of tranquility.

Allow your experience to flow.

Allow it to bring happiness to your heart and soul.

On your next breath,

Allow your body and mind to be nourished with a gentle experience of eternal peace.

As you breathe in,

Allow the energy of peace to flow gently,

Deeply into your nostrils and lungs.

Fill your lungs with the energy of peace.

As you exhale,

Allow yourself to release anything you no longer want to hold onto.

Let it go.

Let it flow.

Let it melt away.

In its place,

Breathe in the nourishing purity of peace and harmony.

Allow those calm,

Soothing energies to transform the way you're feeling.

Allow yourself to experience the excitement and joy that are yours when your level of peace and harmony expands.

As you take your next breath,

Be aware of the brilliant,

Healing light of harmony as it makes its way inside your body and mind.

With your next breath,

Allow the vibrating energies of happiness and excitement to flow deeply into your heart.

The happiness and excitement that comes with feeling better,

Healthier,

While at the same time,

Experiencing more peace and more abundance.

On your next breath,

Accept the healing light of love as it energetically flows into your lungs and softens your heart.

Allow your heart to expand with those brilliant,

Magical feelings as those feelings allow you to live a healthier,

Happier life with less fear and more opportunity.

More opportunity to live your life the way you've always wanted to.

Now allow the magical light and energy you're experiencing to travel throughout your entire body.

Allow the nourishing light of love and happiness to move through you from the top of your head into your forehead.

Now relaxing your eyes and your cheeks.

Moving into and relaxing your jaw and the muscles of your mouth.

As it continues to flow,

Gently relaxing the muscles of your neck as your head becomes heavy.

That soothing energy now dripping into your shoulders and upper arms.

Now down into your lower arms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And to the very tips of your fingers.

Sense the joy as this new calming energy continues to nourish your body and mind.

Notice as the energies of peace and harmony travel back up from your fingertips to your hands and wrists.

Lower arms now flowing up into your upper arms and back into your shoulders.

Now warming your chest.

Allow that soothing sensation to flow throughout your upper body.

As you breathe in,

Feel the energy flowing down into your stomach and lower back.

As you experience that light energy bringing peace everywhere it goes.

Now let those energies transform you as they flow into your hips and pelvis.

Sense of contentment making their way down into your upper legs.

Your legs relaxing as that energy makes its way to your knees.

Your knees relaxing and letting go.

Allow the calming energy to transform you as it works its way down into the lower parts of your legs.

As it makes its way into your ankles,

Feet,

And toes,

You let go a little more.

Nothing left to hold onto.

All the way from the very tips of your toes and all the way traveling up,

All the way up your body to the very top of your head.

Your entire body now glowing with the soothing energy of peace.

The beautiful healing sensation of being in perfect harmony,

Perfectly peaceful.

Let it shine.

Allow your body to vibrate with those energies.

Let your mind completely letting go.

Every breath you take brings you a little more peace,

A little more harmony.

Thinking deeper now into that blissful energy,

That warm gentle energy that's filling you with joy.

And as you listen to the soft gentle music,

Allow yourself to go deeper.

Imagine being wrapped in a safe,

Soft,

Warm blanket of healing energies that comfort you and provide you with the peace and harmony you deserve.

You feel completely safe now,

Completely relaxed,

Completely at peace,

In harmony with all things.

Trust that in this moment,

Everything is just as it's supposed to be.

Continue to relax.

Thank you for this recording. Soon after it started, I found myself laughing a bit because your name sounds similar to a professional wrestler's, and the thought of getting a guided meditation from a pro wrestler seemed funny. On a serious note, the session was well done; it has been a really long time since I've had such a long, uninterrupted sitting meditation, and the lack of recordings probably played a role in that. Yours was relaxing and easy to follow.
