I created this meditation,
Natural Stress Relief,
To help anyone that is struggling with an overload of stress,
To find peace in a natural,
Healthy way.
Begin by sitting or lying down in a quiet,
Peaceful place.
Close your eyes.
Allow your body and mind to be comfortable.
Give yourself permission to take this time to nourish your body and mind with peaceful,
Soothing energies.
This is your time.
Begin to become aware of your breath.
As you slowly breathe in,
Allow the feeling of the flow of the air to gently touch the bridge between your nostrils.
Allow yourself to feel that gentle sensation now.
As you exhale,
Be aware of the flow of the air as it slowly leaves your body,
Exiting your nostrils.
The next time you inhale,
Continue to be aware of the flow of the air as it brings calming energies into your body.
As you exhale,
Be aware as the air slowly and peacefully leaves your body.
Let go of anything you no longer want to hold onto.
Know this,
You deserve to experience more peace and harmony in your life.
Have faith that you will.
Take a few moments to set an intention that by the end of this meditation you will feel healthier,
Happier,
And more peaceful.
Breathe in the positive energy of the intention you just set.
As you exhale,
Release the energy of your intention and trust that it will be so.
On your next breath,
Make a conscious choice to begin feeling better.
Making the choice to feel better is important.
Make that choice now.
As you take your next breath,
Recall a time in your life when you felt extremely happy.
Allow yourself to enjoy that memory now.
What were you doing when you experienced the happiness you're now recalling?
Let yourself experience everything that was happening around you in as much color and detail as you desire.
Experience the feelings of peace and happiness that touch you now as you allow those warm,
Calming feelings to saturate your body and mind,
Providing you a positive,
Nourishing experience of joy.
Allow those feelings to flow.
Allow them to bring happiness to your heart and soul.
As you sink a little deeper,
Your body becomes more comfortable,
More relaxed,
And your thoughts become a little lighter,
More peaceful.
As you continue your experience of happy memories,
Recall what it feels like to smile.
Remember how good it feels when you have a smile on your face.
It's okay if you feel like smiling now.
Take a slow,
Peaceful breath,
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to release anything else you no longer want to hold onto.
Let it go.
Let it flow.
Let it melt away.
Now imagine being wrapped in a safe,
Soft,
Warm blanket filled with healing energies that comfort you with the peace and happiness you deserve.
You feel completely safe now,
Completely relaxed,
Completely at peace,
In harmony with all things you do.
As you listen to the soft,
Gentle music,
Continue to experience the energies of peace and harmony.

Begin to start moving your hands and feet.
And now your arms and legs as you become more and more aware of your surroundings.
