This is a short and sweet guided meditation reflecting on acts of kindness you've given to others and acts of kindness you've received. There are moments of silence for you to be reflecting (therefore I'm not talking the entire time).

Go ahead and take in a nice deep breath.

And as you exhale nice and slow,

Allow your eyes to close and just continue to breathe in and breathe out,

Bringing your attention to this moment,

Listening to my voice,

Connecting with your soul,

With yourself and also connecting with your breath as you breathe in and breathe out,

With each breath allowing your stress to melt away,

For you to become more relaxed,

More centered,

Just breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now I invite you to think about kind things you've done for others throughout your entire life.

And now pick a couple of those things to replay in your mind.

As you replay your acts of kindness,

Your acts of love,

Know as you do this,

Your heart energy is expanding,

Any pain is healing and any protective walls around your heart are coming down so that you can give and receive love freely.

Go ahead and replay your acts of kindness now.

Come on.

I know.

Yeah.
