Go ahead and sit up nice and tall,
Taking in a breath and allowing your eyes to close.
Just breathing gently for a moment and giving yourself this moment the permission to just sit here for a moment,
Reminding your mind and your body that you can get up in a moment but right now this moment is for you.
It's time to connect with yourself and just slow down and breathe just for a moment.
Just for a moment to breathe and relax and go within.
Begin by doing a couple rounds of a box breath.
Go ahead and breathe in inhale to the count of four through your nose.
Hold the breath for the count of four.
Exhale through your nose to the count of four.
Hold for the count of four.
Go ahead and repeat a couple more times.
Very well.
You're creating an environment for you to connect with you which is a wonderful experience for you to have.
It's very natural for you,
Easy for life to be filled with freedom,
Happiness and uplifting experiences.
The silence,
The pause in the day,
This moment is also good for you.
It's good for yourself,
For your happiness,
For your freedom to connect with you.
The silence in these moments help you trust yourself,
See yourself,
Love yourself.
This is a good and wonderful experience you're giving yourself right now.
So just continue to breathe gently,
Breathing normally and naturally.
So just go ahead and continue to breathe in and out through your nose.
Just staying in this moment,
Relaxing and breathing.
Now I want you to find the worry inside of you,
The worry that you're going to miss out on an incredible experience,
On the best career opportunity,
Love,
Joy of your life.
Find that worry within your body,
Gather it up.
Maybe it looks like a specific color or words or knots in your stomach,
Whatever it looks like is just fine.
Just gather it up.
You can ask your subconscious or your higher self or your higher power or your spirit team to help you gather up this worry.
Gather it into your hands.
Very well.
Now I want you to take in a deep,
Deep breath and blow away that worry with your exhaling breath.
Just blow it away.
See it float away and drift away from your hands.
See it float far away,
Far away from you.
Just floating away.
The universe,
Your higher power is going to catch this worry and recycle it.
Recycle it for the world and for you to experience more joy,
More peace,
More happiness,
More bliss.
Take in a deep breath and notice that you have more room inside,
More room for joy.
Reminding yourself that you get to have time to absorb all of your learning and all that you're experiencing,
All the moments throughout your day that you can move through them and enjoy them and stay present in them.
There's no need to rush to stay in your head,
To stay focused on the future because you're experiencing something right now in this moment.
Perhaps in this moment there is an experience that you've been wanting,
That you've been wishing for,
That you've been working towards.
There's something in this moment and it is worth your attention and you decide to practice that throughout your day that throughout your day you will give the moment you're in the experience you're having your full attention.
And this feels exciting to you to experience your moments and your experiences fully to let them move through you.
This feels really exciting to do and even though you're eager to do that you're going to stay present right now in this moment practicing now.
Taking this all in,
Taking in your breath,
Whatever you're visualizing,
Whatever colors are around you.
And now it's time to remind yourself that you can release your impulses that aren't serving you.
That when an impulse comes up if it is not for your highest good you can release it,
You can move through it.
Trusting that goodness is coming and already around you.
That goodness is always flowing into your life every age,
Every month,
Every year.
And you have your whole life,
Your entire life to experience and to enjoy.
You have your entire life to complete your experience wish list so you can enjoy the moments and the experiences you have on a day-to-day basis.
Take a moment to decide what is best for you.
When impulses come up you can decide if it's a decision that best serves you.
Knowing that opportunities will continue to come to you.
Goodness,
Joy,
Fun will all continue to flow to you naturally and easily.
You decide that from this moment forward you're going to take in your experiences in depth.
Filling up with gratitude and appreciation for all you already have.
The people that you enjoy that are already in your life.
The joy,
The memories,
The cheerfulness,
The way that you just move through the world and the joy that you have,
That you bring to yourself and to others.
The simple things in life also fill you up with joy and you see and experience the unlimited and endless goodness in life.
And all this goodness continues to flow to you so you breathe easier.
You can be okay and comfortable in silence and calmness in the current moment and experience.
And because you are multi-talented you can let that flow and you can practice giving your current experience all of your attention while you use your skills,
All your gifts.
And as you give the current experience all of your attention you notice it increases the quality of your experience.
You get to be present and enjoy fully and this moves you deeply and it feels incredible.
It's uplifting and nourishing to enjoy the moment,
To surround yourself with the joy in the moment and to know that even when a moment is difficult you will move through it.
You can handle it and you'll be okay.
So go ahead and take a moment and just enjoy this time with yourself.
You can use this time to just sit with you in your breath.
You could use this time to ask your higher self a question.
You can use this time to replay a memory that felt really good to you.
You can use this time to remind yourself that goodness is yours to have and goodness and incredible warm loving exciting cheerful joyful experiences continue to flow to you and that anytime you need to release the worry that comes up within you,
The worry of missing out,
That you can just release it.
Blow it away with your exhaling breath and the universe recycles it from our goodness for you and those you care about.
Just take a moment in the silence you'll be okay.

The oxygen flow through your body and when you're ready go ahead and wiggle your fingers and toes and return your breath to normal and go ahead and open your eyes knowing that from this moment forward you're giving yourself permission to enjoy the moment you're in to take it all in.
