Follow the guidance for the first five breaths, then continue breathing for another five. Breathe in filling the body with energy and aliveness.

Breathe in filling the body with awareness and light.

Breathe in filling the body with love and joy.

Breathe in filling the body with positivity.

And take five more deep breaths filling the body with energy,
