Feel or see a glowing orb at the center of your heart.
What color is this orb?
Give it a color that makes you feel peace and calm.
Now allow your orb to increase in size.
Visualize your orb growing to the size of a baseball.
Now a basketball.
Allow your orb to expand with a peaceful,
Beautiful energy from your heart space.
The orb is now growing to encompass your whole abdomen.
See the orb's energy swing through your body.
Keep expanding the orb slowly and steadily until it has encompassed your whole abdomen.
Now let's take a deep breath in and let it fill you with a deep sense of calm and peace.

You are now encased in this perfect orb of healing energy.
Feel the healing vibrations that are present around you right now.
Feel the energy penetrating through your whole being.
This orb is now going to take all of the stuck or stagnant energies out of your body.
Visualize or see the smoky gray or black energy being pulled from your body and out of the orb to be transmuted,
Neutralized,
And returned to Mother Earth.
All of the energy that has been weighing you down or making you feel stagnant or stuck is now being pulled from your body and out of the orb.
Feel the calming relief that comes with this.
Feel the release of what is no longer serving your highest good.
Give thanks now for the release of these energies.
Now visualize this energy as a beautiful golden hue.
Allow this golden energy to fill every crevice of your body,
