Welcome to this meditation for self-confidence.

Find a comfortable position either seated or laying down.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Allow a gentle wave of relaxation to spread throughout your body.

Even as thoughts continue to drift through your mind,

Observe them from a distance as if you are just a witness.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Inhaling fully and exhaling completely.

As your breath fills you,

Shift your focus to the stillness between the inhale and the exhale.

Let this stillness linger for a moment longer,

Holding your breath briefly before releasing it.

Continue breathing in this way for three more cycles,

With a deep inhale holding it and a slow exhale,

Feeling the tension dissolve and leave your body completely.

Give yourself permission to be completely supported by your surroundings.

Embrace the comfort that comes with deep relaxation.

Allow your mind to quiet,

Letting go of the sounds and responsibilities of the outside world.

In a moment we will deepen this awareness by focusing on your physical body,

Relaxing every part from the top of your head down to the soles of your feet.

As I guide you through this process,

Bring your attention to each area of your body.

Simply notice how it feels,

Free from judgement and then allow that part to soften completely.

Begin at the top of your head,

Visualize and sense your scalp relaxing,

Releasing any tension.

Continue downward,

Letting go of tension in every small and large muscle.

Recognize the power of your mind,

How a single thought can invite deep relaxation throughout your entire body.

Feel your forehead smooth and soften,

Your eyebrows and eyes melting into relaxation.

The tiny muscles around your eyes release and your eyelids grow heavier.

Your cheeks relax,

Your teeth part slightly.

Your jaw unclenches and your tongue rests softly in your mouth.

Your throat releases tension,

Your neck loosens and your shoulders let go completely.

Warm,

Soothing comfort continues downward,

Spreading through your arms and flowing out of your fingertips with each breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen as your breathing slows.

Feel your chest muscles relax completely,

Knowing you are fully supported.

Your breath is deep and calm as you continue to sink deeper into relaxation.

The simple act of observing your breath and body is a powerful tool for relaxation and stress relief.

This comforting sensation continues moving downward,

Releasing tension from your lower back and hips.

Your thighs grow heavy,

Sinking into the surface beneath you.

Your knees soften,

Your calves melt and your ankles and feet let go of any remaining tightness.

Your entire body now rests in a state of complete relaxation,

Feeling safe,

Supported and at peace.

As you remain in this deep relaxation,

Continue following the sound of my voice.

If any thoughts enter your mind,

Simply acknowledge them and let your breath carry them away.

Now,

Using your imagination,

Picture yourself resting on a soft,

Fluffy white cloud.

This cloud is uniquely yours,

Designed to fit and support you perfectly,

Allowing you to fully release any need to hold on.

It cradles you in complete comfort,

Transporting you gently to the most peaceful place you can imagine.

Envision this peaceful place in vivid detail.

It may be somewhere you've been before or a place that exists only in your imagination.

Wherever it is,

It brings you joy,

Calm and deep inner peace.

The temperature here is perfect for you.

Take in the sights,

The sounds and the sense of this special place.

Know that in this peaceful sanctuary,

Nothing can disturb you.

You are safe,

Supported and in complete control.

In this deeply relaxed state,

Your subconscious mind becomes open to incredible positive transformation.

Here,

You are more connected to your truest self than ever before.

You are completely relaxed in this happy place.

In just a moment,

I will count down from 10 to 1.

With each number,

You will drift even deeper and deeper into comfort,

Relaxation and inner stillness.

These words will settle into the deepest part of your subconscious and in the days ahead you will find them naturally strengthening and increasing your self-confidence and connection with your inner self.

Each day you become more confident in yourself and your abilities.

You take time to slow down and listen to your inner needs and desires.

You remain mindful and present even in moments of stress and challenges.

You acknowledge and honour your emotions as they arise.

You have all the tools you need to care for yourself and support your growth.

You focus on the positive and it gives you confidence to grow.

You are improving and evolving every day.

You will experience an increase in your own self-confidence and your connection to yourself,

Your spirit and your truth which grows stronger with each moment.

You become more and more convinced in your own ability and in your judgement to live according to your values.

You make choices that support your growth.

You welcome and appreciate all experiences,

Even mistakes,

As you know that they are an opportunity to grow and learn.

You trust that you are exactly where you need to be on your life's journey.

You take mindful time each day to recognise your feelings and your authentic self.

You are able to find happiness in life's small moments and you allow yourself to experience gratitude daily.

Your thoughts are positive,

Filling you with the confidence and enthusiasm to live fully and fearlessly.

You know that with gratitude,

Confidence and positive thinking you can navigate any challenge that comes your way.

You believe in yourself and practice loving-kindness and self-compassion.

You are willing to be present and mindful in your life and to live it to the fullest.

You are strong enough to face emotions with clarity and presence.

You choose to take excellent care of yourself,

Continuously growing into a happier,

More vibrant and self-loving version of yourself.

You allow empowered thoughts and inspired feelings of success,

Healing and wellness to rise within you each day.

You love and accept yourself completely.

You dedicate time each day to strengthening your natural abilities and creating positive patterns in your life.

Now silently repeat to yourself.

I am enough.

I connect deeply with what is true for me.

I am strongly connected to my heart and emotions.

I am worthy of love,

Success and happiness.

I practice kindness and compassion for myself.

I create space for stillness and self-reflection.

I listen.

I listen to my needs.

I love myself just as I am.

I am open to the positive possibilities that life offers.

Now let go of any negative thoughts that no longer serve you.

Release any past doubts and replace them with gratitude and self-belief.

Belief that you are strong and confident.

Limiting beliefs no longer hold power over you.

Self-doubt and fear are behind you.

You trust yourself,

Your instincts and your abilities because you are fully connected to your true self.

You are confident,

You are strong,

You are unstoppable.

And as you embrace this deep connection with yourself,

You feel deep pride in who you are.

In just a moment,

I will count from 1 to 5.

When I reach 5,

You awaken from the state of relaxation and return to the present moment.

Feeling relaxed yet energized and empowered.

When you wake,

You will still feel confident and at peace.

To the sounds around you and the surface beneath you.

Slowly bring some gentle movements to your body.
