Let's talk about Fresh Start.
First,
Our first fish stock.
Is when we wake up every morning.
What can we do?
To wake up with a clear mind.
Calm spirit.
Confident.
And energy.
First thing.
That I think we can do is think about letting go.
Let's do a few tiny exercises right now.
To let go physically.
When we're in the same position for maybe,
What,
Seven hours,
Eight hours,
Six hours?
So the first thing we can do is sit on the side of the bed.
You could lie,
But settings a little bit better.
And do a few warm-ups.
Turn your head.
Gently because you've not moved in this way for a while,
From side.
Inside.
Gently,
Slowly.
Wake up the net.
Then.
.
.
This way.
This way.
Then do this in your own time.
I put my hands on my shoulders.
Rotate the shoulders.
Wake him up.
Oh gosh,
I heard it crunching.
Wake him up.
Then I like to put my hand behind my head.
And open up the chest.
Take some time.
With your ankles,

Now you should be warmed up.
And ready to go.
Maybe something's been bothering you.
From the night before.

That's the first thing that you think of as soon as you open your eyes.
How about thinking?
This is how I'm going to handle it.

So I'm just going to have to let it sit.
Just have to let go for a minute.
Worrying is only going to make that problem that you woke up with worse.
You can either find a solution or you can just.
Let it sit for the moment.
And get some control over your day.
It doesn't mean you're a bad person if you let it sit.
So let's get control.

What are you grateful?
This morning.
What are you going to have for breakfast?
Just anything to get your mind going.
Make a to-do list.
Some people keep their phones by the bed.
Use the to-do app.
Or you can write it down.
The goal is.

To have a focus.
So you're not just wandering around wondering what to do or being full.
Of worry.
There's something bothering you right now.
Then that's a good time that it's going to bother you because you haven't filled your mind with anything else.
Make that to-do list.
Mentally or physically.
To give yourself some focus.
Then,
You can.
Get on with your day.
Or you can go have a cup of tea.
And make the list of that point.
The point is to start your morning with focus and purpose.
This is purpose that is meaningful to you,
Not what someone says should be your purpose.
Paradoxically.
You might decide.
That your purpose is to have no purpose.
Just no plan.
Just take everything as it comes.
