Hi,

This is Stefania and sometimes we have situations in our lives that might at best be called challenging.

I have had them myself and here are 25 affirmations that might be able to help us get through those times.

They won't solve the problem,

No,

But they can help to lift our spirits and to give us strength to carry on,

To get to the other side of the mountain.

There are 25 of them so all of them might not resonate with you but the ones that do.

I suggest you write them down,

Put them on a card,

Put them in your wallet,

Put them on the mirror of your bathroom so you can see them at all times to keep yourself filled up,

Energized,

Inspired.

The affirmations are short so hopefully if you feel the need,

Please repeat afterwards or you can just listen.

Let the energy wash over you and into you.
