
Guided Practice For Healthy Eyes And Greater Vision

This meditation assists in healthy, clear vision and activating the pineal gland at the center of the brain. It is great for both physical ailments of the eyes, to help improve the eyes, as well as for vision and clarity to be enhanced. All psychic skills are refined through a strong, clear pineal gland.
Transcript
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Go ahead and take a few deep breaths in and bring your awareness into your physical body.
For a moment,
Just scanning the body,
Becoming aware of any sensations,
Heaviness,
Tightness.
And without judgment,
We're trying to change anything,
Just being present with the way your body feels in this moment.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and on the exhale,
Just have a sensation of letting go.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
Go ahead and say to yourself mentally,
Relax.
Relax.
And taking one more deep breath,
Bring your attention,
Your awareness to your eyes.
And begin to imagine now with each inhale breath that you're breathing in through your eyes.
Into your head,
Into your brain,
And exhale again out through the eyes.
Continue to follow your breath this way.
And each exhale breath,
Imagine releasing,
Letting go any tension you feel in the eyes.
Let them become soft.
Feeling the muscles around your eyes and in your face beginning to melt away.
Relax.
Inhaling into the eye sockets and exhaling out through the eyes.
Begin to imagine breathing in a purple or violet colored light into your eyes.
Feel it shimmering,
Sparkling,
Healing energy moving in and through the eyes as you breathe.
And taking one more breath like this.
And now bring your hands up towards your face and allow the first finger of each hand to come right into the corners of your eyes.
Whether you're touching the nose or just outside of the tear duct.
And without placing any pressure there,
Just allow your fingers to rest.
And become aware of the sensation of your fingers on this point.
Let your fingers now begin to move up onto your occipital ridge,
The bone coming just about the eyes.
As you start to move the fingers up just a few centimeters until you find a little notch in the bone,
A little divot.
And just pausing there again with barely any pressure.
And taking a few breaths.
Noticing what's happening in the face and eyes.
And then go ahead and let your fingers continue along this bone toward the center of the eye,
Just above the middle of the eye,
Another small indentation.
A few breaths here.
Continuing along again.
About the same distance,
Find a third notch.
Somewhere a few centimeters before the corners of the eyes.
And pausing to make that contact.
And on an exhale go ahead and move all the way to the corners of the eyes.
Just to the inside of the bone.
And continue the fingers down now.
Under the eyes we're going to find the same three divots under the eyes.
Approximately the same distance apart as the ones above the eyes.
So take a moment in the first divot.
And then go ahead and move your fingers toward the center of the eyes,
Finding the second divot there.
Allowing the rest of your face to be relaxed.
And moving now to the third divot.
Coming back close toward the nose.
Noticing any opening in the sinus cavity with the squint.
And then go ahead and let your fingers again touching the inside of the bridge of the nose,
Just next to the corners of the eyes.
And now go ahead and turn your palms so they face your face and place the fingertips just softly over closed eyes.
And take a few breaths.
Just feeling the fingertips against your face and eyes.
Imagine as you inhale breathing in nourishment into your eyes.
Strength.
Feel the healing energy of your hands moving into your eyes.
And the bony structure around your eyes.
As you breathe,
Let energy move behind the eyes into the muscles.
And go ahead and let your hands relax down now.
And coming back to the breathing,
In through the eyes and out through the eyes.
I'd like you now to bring your attention,
Your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
This is known as the third eye center.
So go ahead and as you breathe now,
Imagine bringing your breath in through this center.
Inhale into the third eye center and exhale from the third eye center.
As you breathe in,
The breath continues right through the front of the forehead into the center of the brain,
Contacting your pineal gland.
The seat of your consciousness.
As you inhale,
Imagine starting to wake up and enliven this gland.
For in many of us it has become unused or weak or even shriveled.
So imagine as you breathe bringing life.
Unfolding the wrinkles.
Just like you were bringing moisture back to a dried fruit.
Imagine your breath bringing in liquid sensation,
Awareness into the center of your brain through your third eye.
And exhaling again out through the forehead center.
Now go ahead and begin to breathe in through your two physical eyes and exhale from your forehead center.
And as you do this,
Begin to repeat mentally,
I can see.
I can see.
Go ahead and bring to mind a visual image of how you would like your life to be.
Make this visual image as detailed as possible.
For example,
If you would like to see yourself being abundant financially,
Picture how that would look.
How your life would be.
What and how you would give.
Take a moment and go through those thoughts mentally.
If you desire a perfect relationship,
Go ahead and take a moment to visualize what that looks like.
Maybe go through an exchange in your mind's eye.
See that while you do this,
You are continuing to breathe.
I encourage you to bring this visual image to mind as often as possible during your day.
If you can just close your eyes for a moment and bring this back to mind.
So again,
Now just relaxing the image,
Coming back to your breath and repeating mentally,
I can see.
I release the tension in my vision and open myself up to truly see the life that I desire.
Take a moment and become aware of your physical body.
Coming back again to the awareness of the sensations in your body.
Feeling the places where your body is contacting other parts of your body,
The chair,
The surface.
Take a moment to become aware of any sounds that you hear around you.
Just allowing your consciousness to adjust again to your space.
Taking the choice with you to bring this new awareness of your eyes into your life today.
And when you're ready,
Before you open your eyes,
Go ahead and rub the palms of your hands together,
Creating just a little bit of heat and place those warm hands over your closed eyes.
Breathe in energy into the eyes.
And when you're ready,
Open the eyes.
And before you get up from your chair,
Just take a moment and thank yourself for this practice and for taking time to bring more consciousness to your eyes.

2 years ago, I wrote: Exactly what I was looking for. I was staring into my phone too much last night and my eyes ached this morning. As one of the other reviewers, I never did find the indentations in the bones around my eyes, but I'm not sure it mattered. There are many comments about the music being too loud, but I found it soothing, and not at all hard to hear your voice. Namaste. Very helpful Two years later: it's still wonderful✨
