Okay,

So get comfortable.

You're going to be in this meditation for about 10-15 minutes together.

And so the invitation now is to start to soften the gaze of your eyes.

And we're going to take two deep breaths together.

So one in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more in through the nose.

Let this one go with a sigh.

And now we're going to take a little time to do a little body relaxation.

Get into the right energy for the meditation.

And for the next few moments,

I want you with every inhale to be breathing in relaxation and softness.

Sending it throughout your whole body.

And with every exhale releasing any pain or discomfort that might be present in your physical body.

All of your focus and attention on the physical body.

Starting to move that energy and attention down to the soles of your feet,

The toes,

Ankles,

Shins and calves.

Breathing in that relaxation and softness to the bottoms of your feet.

Letting go of any pain or discomfort.

Moving that awareness and energy up to the knees,

Hamstrings,

Thighs,

Your whole legs,

Biggest muscle in your body.

Giving thanks for the strength they provide in your life.

And sending that relaxation and softness throughout your whole legs.

And releasing any pain or discomfort.

Moving that energy up through your core,

Ribs,

Lower back,

Mid-back,

Upper back,

Shoulders,

Chest.

Giving thanks for protection and life.

And sending that relaxation and softness throughout your whole torso.

Letting go of any pain or discomfort.

And now moving that energy up through the neck,

Throat,

The jaw,

The lips,

Tongue,

Nose,

Eyes and ears.

Giving thanks for your ability to perceive this physical world.

And sending that relaxation and softness throughout your whole head.

Letting go of any pain and discomfort.

So the intention for today's practice is to know and feel your capacity and willingness for greatness.

The intention is to know and feel your capacity and willingness for greatness.

And so I want you to just take a few moments to sit in this space of possibility.

The space of silence where creation is born and anything is possible.

And so what are you currently asking for?

What growth are you wanting to create?

Why are you asking for this opportunity?

What might hold you back from seizing this opportunity?

Or what has held you back until now?

Because the truth is you are stronger,

Smarter and better than all of these blocks and limits.

You have the courage to face anything.

You have the capacity and the willingness to overcome anything.

You would not be here if you didn't.

You deserve to heal.

You deserve health,

Wealth and abundance.

You deserve to live a life of happiness.

You are worthy of more and there is more than enough to go around for everybody.

Your abundance and happiness does not take away from anyone else.

And so what would your life look like if you embodied this lesson,

This opportunity that you are asking for?

What would be different for you?

And what would shift in your life?

And maybe most important,

How would you feel?

And just sit with that feeling for a few moments.

Because all of this is possible for you.

You're only a decision away from making this a reality.

And so I want to leave you with one question.

Do you want to be a prisoner of the past?

Or do you want to be a pioneer of the future?

So I want to remind you of tonight's intention.

Is to know and feel your capacity and willingness for greatness.

It's already a part of who you are.

So it's time to start coming back now.

Start seeing yourself in the room.

Feeling the chair below you.

And starting to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe taking a big stretch if you need to.

And when you're ready,

Start to open your eyes.

And welcome back.
