Welcome to the Welcome to the Temple meditation.
I'm Starfox Guardian and I'll be your guide for today's practice.
We're going to start by taking a couple of deep breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
One more in through the nose and let it go to sigh.
I want you to start to focus all of your attention and energy on your physical pain and discomfort.
For the next few moments with every inhale,
Breathing in softness and relaxation and with each exhale releasing any pain and discomfort that might be present in your body.
Focus,
Take that energy all the way down the ankles,
Shins and calves,
Going up through the knees,
Thighs and hamstrings.
Giving thanks for the movement and support,
The ability that your legs provide.
That's relaxing all your energy up through your core,
Through the lower back,
Mid back,
Upper back,
Shoulders,
Down your arms,
Elbows,
Back up through the legs.
Protection and life job.
At any point during this meditation,
Find yourself,
Bring yourself attention for tonight's practice.
Reach your inner to see that energy.
The more you focus bigger in a moment and that white light,
The inside,
Anything you can imagine.
I want you to tune in and take a few moments.
Anything that supports you on your journey.
Sage to your highest self,
To your soul,
Join you.

What is the best way to receive support?
Take a moment if you have any other questions.
Now I want you to ask your highest self,
Send down into your lower vibrational,
Get rid of anything that might block you.
See it washing away.
So I'm going to come back now and you have today's practice is to reach your inner temple and source into your own inner.
