Good day.

Welcome to the heart healing meditation.

I will be your guide,

Star Fox Guardian.

I want you to get comfortable.

We're going to be together for the next 10 to 15 minutes.

We're going to start by taking a couple of deep breaths together.

One in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more in through the nose and let it go with a sigh.

I want you to start by placing your hands on your heart.

Start breathing into this space,

Feeling the space.

I want you to keep your best of this practice today.

Focus all of your attention and energy on your physical body to notice any pain or discomfort present in the body.

For the next few moments,

I want you to picture every inhale,

Softness and relaxation entering the body anywhere.

Pain and discomfort,

Feet,

Ankles,

Shins,

Up through the thigh,

Softness and relaxation throughout both of your legs.

Giving thanks,

Strength they provide,

Big lower back,

Through your hands,

The intention for today's practice.

Feel and to heal.

Give yourself permission to feel all the feelings.

Find healing on the other side.

Imagine pink has healing qualities that heals anything it touches.

Bring that beautiful healing light into your heart.

Feel it moving through,

Touching your very,

Permeate throughout your whole,

Any emotion.

Safe here,

This pink and gold light of the dream world.

Take a moment to feel into this space where you have anything you can imagine.

Let your heart guide you.

Feeling the heartbeat and in this imagining of yourself,

Start to feel what pink and gold light feel.

Welcome back and the same way we started,

A couple of deep breaths together.

Nose and out through the mouth.

One more in through the nose and let this go to side.

Come back.
