Welcome to the Soulful Revolution guided meditation.

I am your guide,

Rudolfo Menjivar,

Star Fox Guardian.

Want you to find a comfortable position as we're going to be together for about the next 10 minutes.

We're going to start by taking a couple of deep breaths together.

So in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And now if you haven't already,

The invite is to begin to soften the gaze of the eyes until they are closed.

I want you to start to focus on all the external sensations going on around you.

What sounds can you hear happening around you?

Want you to notice them,

Feel them,

And let go of the need to hold on or identify them.

What smells can you smell around you?

Or even the feelings against your body,

How soft or hard cushion or chair you're laying on is.

Is the blanket heavy,

Light,

Warm,

Cold?

What are the sensations you feel against your body?

And now let's start to take that focus internally,

Starting to bring our awareness to what's happening inside of your body.

What can you hear inside your body?

What can you hear inside your body?

Can you be silent enough to hear your own heartbeat?

What is it?

Maybe your stomach digesting food.

Can you feel the air you breathe moving through your body?

Is it warm,

Cold?

What other sensations do you feel happening inside your body?

Again,

I just want you to notice them,

Feel them,

And let go of the need to hold on.

And the intention for today's practice for the Soulful Revolution guided meditation is to connect with your soul,

Your highest self,

And allow it to guide you on your path forward,

Because the truth is you are here for a reason.

And that reason can only be found within.

It won't be found through any external source outside of you,

Through any guru or book or anything else.

The only way to connect to it,

To feel it,

And to embrace it is to go within.

Within is where you will find the seat of your soul.

It is where your highest self resides and guides you from.

The question is,

Can you be silent enough to hear it?

And the silence,

I want you to listen.

And now I want you to call out to your highest self to be present with you in this moment in order to support you.

And I want you to ask your highest self now,

Ask your soul,

Your inner knowing,

What is my purpose?

Why am I here?

Why am I here?

And just listen.

And now I want you to ask your highest self,

Your soul,

What can I do today?

And moving forward,

What can I do now?

And I want you to ask your highest self,

Your soul,

What can I do today?

And moving forward,

What can I do now?

And I want you to ask your highest self,

Your soul,

What can I do today?

And moving forward,

What can I do now?

How can I connect to you more regularly?

Now I want you to ask your highest self to protect you from temptation,

To keep you focused and away from distractions,

To keep you grounded,

And to always remind you of how special and powerful you are.

And for the next few moments,

I want you to sit with this feeling and allow it to hold you and to comfort you.

And if at any point in the future you forget about this special connection you have or about how special you are,

You can come back to this space and to this meditation for this reminder.

You guys remember,

The intention for this meditation is to connect with your soul,

Your highest self,

And to allow it to guide you on your path forward.

This connection is always open for you.

You just need to ask.

It's time to start coming back now.

I want you to start focusing on the sensations going on around you again.

Any noises you might be hearing,

Any smells you might be smelling,

And the sensations around your body.

It's going to be a good time to start to wiggle your fingers and toes and even have a big stretch if you need to.
