Transcript

Welcome to your 30 seconds of Breath of Fire.

Go ahead and sit up straight,

Spine lengthened,

Hands on your knees.

During this exercise,

You'll breathe in and out through your nose,

And the rhythm of your breath will sound like a dog panting.

So it's going to sound like this.

Okay,

And go ahead and take a deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

And go ahead and begin Breath of Fire in one,

Two,

Three.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

And exhale.
