This meditation was created to spread peace,
Love,
And hope throughout the collective consciousness.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Focus in on your breath.
Take a nice,
Deep inhale.
And slowly let it go.
Take another deep breath in.
And let it go.
One more deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
Just feel your body melting into the surface below you.
Now in your mind's eye,
Picture a warm,
Golden light shining down on you.
This light is the light of the universe.
This light is the most sacred,
Beautiful,
Peaceful,
Loving energy that you have ever experienced.
You are going to slowly bring this golden light into your body to bring you total peace and serenity.
Beginning at the crown of your head,
Feel the warm,
Relaxing light slowly pouring over you.
Over your eyes and nose.
Feel your jaw relaxing as it flows down your face.
Relaxing and warming.
Into your neck muscles.
Down into your shoulders.
And fingers.
Enjoy the relaxing warmth as it goes down your torso.
Warming and relaxing your back and abdominals.
Down through your hips and your glutes.
Finally down through your legs,
Feet and toes.
Take a moment to enjoy this god-like light warming your entire being.
Feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Now imagine yourself as a radiant light being.
Your new golden energy is contagious.
Everything you touch is filled with peace,
Harmony and love.
As you share this beautiful gift,
Take a moment to visualize your loved ones.
You are all together,
Just enjoying each other's company.
Take a moment to share your golden light with a few of them.
Then step back and watch as this light is passed on to each person they interact with.
Notice as the room soon lights up,
As everyone receives this gift of pure love and serenity.
All because you chose this moment to do something for humanity.
You have sparked this gift in others who will now share it with their loved ones.
Step back and watch as this glow begins to spread across your city,
Your country and spread throughout the entire world.
Bringing hope,
Peace and love to everyone touched by it.
Every day you have the choice to spread this light.
There will be some days that this may be harder,
But just come back to this meditation to be filled up again.
Enjoy this peaceful loving energy for a few more moments.
Now with your eyes still closed,
Slowly begin to return to your full awareness.
Moving your fingers and toes,
Slowly stretching.
Cup your hands over your eyes and take a few breaths.
With your hands still over your eyes,
Go ahead and open them.
And when you're ready,
Remove your hands.
Now with a grateful heart,
Resume your day sharing peace,
Love and hope with everyone you see.
