Begin in a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Find a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes or have your eyes have closed with the eye gaze turn inward.
Now draw your attention to your breath for the next several minutes.
Let's begin now.
Inhale and hold 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale.
Inhale and hold 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale.
Inhale and hold 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale.
Inhale and hold 5 4 3 2 1 and exhale.
Return to your normal breathing.
Turn your awareness to your body.
Allow your body to be open and receptive.
Allow your body to be free.
Let's take another breath.
Inhale and hold and exhale.
Breathing it out through your mouth.
Allow your mind to be clear.
Allow your mind to be free.
Allow your mind to be focused on your peace,
On your calm,
On your energy.
Let's take another breath.
Let's take some more breaths.
Inhale and hold and exhale.
Inhale and hold and exhale.
As you inhale,
Allow that new energy to radiate through your body.
Inhale and hold and exhale.
Feel the new energy.
You are whole.
You are peaceful.
You are calm.
This new energy allows you to move through the universe with ease.

Return to your normal breathing.
Watching the rise and fall of your chest.
You are centered.
You are balanced.
You are loved.
