Transcript

As we begin this meditation,

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable posture,

Your back straight up and down.

Take a moment to close your eyes if you'd like,

If not looking downwards at a 45 degree angle with a soft gaze.

And just taking three slow,

Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

With each out breath,

Just settling in slowly,

Softly,

Gently.

And with your next out breath,

Just allowing your breathing to settle into its natural rhythm.

Seeing if you can bring your attention,

Bring your gentle awareness to the rise and fall of the breath,

The harmonious in and out,

Up and down.

And just seeing where you feel this breath the strongest,

Whether it's in your stomach or your chest or anywhere else that you may feel the breath.

And if you'd like to count the breaths for a few moments,

You're welcome to as well if that helps you.

And as you count,

Just feeling the breath.

And when you're ready,

Just gently coming back to yourself,

Back to the space that you're in.

When you're ready,

Just gently opening the eyes in your own time.

I hope you have a fantastic day.
