Taking a moment just to notice your breathing,

Not changing it,

But noticing it.

The rhythm of the breath,

The in,

The out,

The way it feels,

For air to move through your nostrils down into your lungs,

And following that air in,

Following it out,

And choosing to be here right now.

Noticing the body,

Connecting the rhythm with the body and the breath,

And when you breathe in,

Bringing in all that you need to settle your body,

And when you breathe out,

Letting go of that which you do not need.

Noticing,

Bringing in what you need,

Letting go of what you don't need,

Allowing yourself to be present,

And connecting the breath and the body with the sounds of the music you're hearing,

And your experience connected with the music.

Give time to each of these things,

Noticing where you feel in your body and breathing in to fully experience anything positive that you've gotten from reflecting on happiness today.
