Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Notice the seat you're in or the mat you're lying down on,

Wherever you are.

Just notice how it feels in this moment to be still.

Allowing movement to be with you as you breathe in and out.

Noticing the movement of the breath as you allow it into your lungs and as you allow that breath to move out of your lungs.

And feel a deep connection with this rhythm of the breath.

This rhythm that is always present.

This life-giving rhythm.

And being with the capacity for the breath to bring you whatever it is that you need.

And in this moment breathe in whatever it is that you need to bring quietness to your body,

To your mind,

To your spirit.

And just as you invite a settled feeling into the mind,

Body,

And spirit,

Become aware of the music as it begins to fill the space.

And noticing the space around you as it begins.

And as you continue to breathe,

If you find that you're breathing chest breaths,

Allow the breath to move down into the belly.

Taking those diaphragmatic breaths.

And as you notice the breath moving in this part of your body,

Take a moment and notice the central nature of the breath in this part of the body.

The center of the body.

The place where all of you comes to meet.

And once you've found this center of your body,

Imagine it to be in the center of your being.

So not just the body,

But the body,

The mind,

And the spirit.

The essence of who you are in this moment.

The essence of who you have been and who you will become.

And take a moment and breathe into this center of your being.

And as you feel this light moving in the body,

Allow the music to be with you.

The music has finished for now,

Signaling the end of our practice for this moment.

Bring your attention back to the present and carry forward whatever it is that you need.
