This was the first time, in my process of returning to my intention of the initial Silva Alpha count back, that I tried this meditation (with background music and beginning to utilize the screen technique), as opposed to the other ones I have been utilizing. I have to say, without question, this one was so much more effective in achieving a noticeabley deeper and readily accessible state. I thank you for your suggestions in response to the comments on your other Silva/Alpha meditation, to try one with music/tones! I tended to lose a bit of focus as my monkey mind got pretty active, focusing on the screen. I am going to look through your other Alpha meditations and see if there is one that is also accompanied by music/fequency/tone, that maybe is a bit shorter, and has less time on the visualizations. At least to start with, for the first 20 days, I think it will more likely help me to be successful in sticking with my intention, until I am further along. As I really have appreciated your meditations, if there is not an alternative, would it be useful to still utilize this meditation, if I stop it a couple of min into the screen visualization, and utilize the statements of wakefulness?
