The Awakening Heart Sound Meditation

Many people around the world, are awakening to their innate, natural abilities, to include them now as a part of their everyday awareness. This Heart Awakening meditation invites you to dream about the many wondrous and unique abilities of your heart. The heart is strong – it beats for a lifetime. It is a seat of wisdom – especially as aligned with the head. The heart’s role in multidimensional healing implies a restorative capacity as yet well beyond our understanding. At the end of this meditation is a partial message from what I'm calling a “wisdom collective.” It's best to discern how the messages make you feel and if any part of it resonates as truth for you.
