Let's begin and take a moment today to bring our awareness to slowing down,
Allowing our thoughts to slow down with us.
Often times our minds will race throughout the day and we rarely take a moment just to ease and reflect and take time to process.
So today let's begin first by slowing down.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in and exhaling out slowly.
Allow the air to fill your lungs.
Do this a few times over.
If you haven't already,
Now would be a good time to get into a comfortable position.
If there's any tightening in your muscles or your limbs,
Take a moment to shake them to stretch and to relax.
Let's continue to breathe in deeply,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out slowly.
Notice as your body responds to the breathing.
Notice your body beginning to relax.
As we move through the meditation,
Take notice of the sounds,
The frequencies and the vibrations,
Any tones,
Any rhythms,
As well as the silence.
Allow the thoughts in your mind to exist freely without any judgment.
Take notice of them as they come up and allow them to pass.
Now let's turn our attention back to our breathing.
This time inhaling through the mouth and exhaling out,
Letting out a gentle sigh.
Inhaling through the mouth again and letting out a sigh.
Continue to do this a few more times.
Атель You You Notice the shift in the space You take notice of the sounds around you Also take notice of the energy that it brings each tone sound carries its own vibration and its own energy Allow your mind to be present feel the energy of the room feel the energy in your own body Be aware of how that energy moves and transitions over time As you listen allow your mind your thoughts and your energy to be present in the soundscape as they move and transition Any negative energy that your mind has attached to allow yourself to let go allow yourself to disconnect even if it's just for a moment to be free from that burden and just be present continuing your breathing exercises continuing to be mindful and aware If there's a sense of resistance,
May look at it,
Observe it,
Be aware of it,
And let it pass Allow a happy thought or a calming thought to enter your energy space Something soothing perhaps like the running of warm water over your hands Maybe it's beating outside in the sun in nature Maybe it's down by the water or listening to the sounds of rain Whatever it may be,
Whatever you choose,
Allow yourself to be in that space Allow yourself to let go and allow yourself to be still Take these next few moments to be a passive observer It could be your thoughts,
It could be the energy,
It could be the sounds Just take a moment to be present Letting go Letting go Letting go Letting go Letting go Thank yourself for taking the time to go on this journey of sound,

Take a moment to think of the things that bring you joy and happiness.
Take a moment to be thankful and grateful of the things that you have in your life.
Take a moment to be grateful of the things that you have in your life.
As we bring ourselves back into our bodies,
Back into our minds,
Think of the new awareness and energy that exists.
Slowly begin to bring yourself back to the present moment.
Think of the energy flowing through your body.
And as you become more aware,
If you need to stretch,
If you need to shake out any limbs,
Feel free to do so.
As you bring your attention back to your awareness and back into your body,
Begin to stretch the limbs,
Your feet,
Your toes,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
You could roll the neck around.
Side to back,
Side to side.
As you continue through,
Think back to slowing down and how you can incorporate that into your day to day.
Taking a moment to be present and be aware.
Focusing the energies around you and being mindful of it.
