Begin by taking some slow,
Deep breaths,
Bringing all of your awareness to your breath,
Following the breath in and out,
And allowing it to bring you more and more fully present into this moment,
More fully present in your body,
Aware of the weight of your body,
Aware of how you are in this moment.
Use the breath to assist you in releasing anything that you don't want to take into the meditation with you.
These can be emotions,
Situations that have been on your mind,
Things that you need to get done,
Anything at all.
Take a moment to set these things to the side,
Releasing on the exhale.
As you release,
Becoming more and more fully present and aware of what is right here,
Right now,
What's present in this moment,
And allowing yourself to rest in the moment.
Finding yourself grounded,
Centered,
And balanced.
And now opening your heart to receive guidance and energetic transmissions.
It is within your reach to create that which you wish to see in your life.
It is within your reach to expand into new realms,
To experience another dimension of the human experience.
You have lifted yourselves.
You have raised your vibration collectively.
You have moved past the point that was holding you back.
You have moved into a state where you flow more easily,
Where change comes more easily,
Where you may desire and create with ease.
It follows that this will be a time of much excitement,
As you will find that change happens rapidly in the world around you.
This may also feel destabilizing to you at times in your own individual experience,
As you too will change quite rapidly,
Adopting new ways of being,
New ways of seeing,
And new ways of expressing.
You are shifting into a new state of time.
Your perceptions of time will change accordingly.
You may find that yesterday seems like just a few minutes ago.
Tomorrow will be here quickly.
Please do not fear.
This is just a sense of perception that is changing.
This does not mean that you will age more quickly.
This simply means that your internal understanding,
Your internal clock,
If you will,
Will be adjusting.
You may find that this shifts and fits and starts.
You may find that there are times when you feel you are moving very quickly,
And others where you feel time is moving more slowly.
This is a process of change and gradual shift.
It does not happen fully from one moment to the next.
Therefore,
You will pass through a period of transition in which you will notice these differences more markedly.
You are beings of light.
Many of you have understood this.
Your light is changing as you are changing.
Your capacity to carry more light is changing,
Is increasing as you change.
You carry different forms of light.
Higher frequency,
Which creates higher expression,
Allows you to resonate with a higher expression of the self,
Allows you to resonate with higher understanding and information that may be given to you.
There may be rapid expansion in your intellectual perception.
There may be great leaps and bounds in inventions in what is created within the realms of intellectual thought.
You are being led to understanding yourselves,
Understanding human nature,
Understanding human consciousness,
And understanding the brain in new ways that will allow you greater capacity for intellectual creation.
This is quite an exciting time in your development,
Your evolutionary development.
We say that you should meet these changes with the curiosity and eagerness of a child,
With the excitement and wonder of a child,
Allowing for what is not known,
Allowing for the imagination to soar and guide you.
Your imagination is a translation of your intuition,
Your ability to perceive beyond what is concrete.
Give wide birth to this intuition,
To this imagination.
Allow for expansive thought.
We say that you will blossom,
You as a developing individual and you as a collective.
Let your hearts be light.
Let yourselves be lifted with the joy that you experience in your creative processes.
There is much beauty to be expressed in this new creation.
