You do so much,

Dear ones,

To bring light into this world,

To bring light into your lives.

It is appreciated beyond what you know.

You are loved in return,

And we share our light with you.

Know that any positive light,

Any positive emotion that is shared also is reflected back to you.

Nothing is ever lost.

Should you put your light out into the world,

Do not expect a specific reaction.

Do not wait for something that you hope to attain,

But be in alignment with the presence of your light.

Allow this light to move as it will into the world around you,

And trust that it will come back to you in some way,

Though it may not be in exactly the way you had hoped from the person you had hoped,

From the situation that you had hoped it would come from.

But trust that it will come back.

Allow yourself to be an observer of your own life.

Step back.

Take a longer view,

A higher view,

To see where this light returns to you.

It is within nature that you find solace,

That you find peace and balance.

It has always been so for humanity.

So many of you now are disconnected from the natural world,

That you no longer experience this.

You have to seek it out.

You must find a forest to go into.

It is no longer surrounding you.

This has been a detriment to humanity.

You see,

The forest is in balance.

The forest is not attempting to balance itself.

It does not have stress that it needs to remove.

It adjusts as it needs to,

And maintains balance.

When you step into the forest,

You are surrounded by this balance.

Your energy system is balanced as well.

Your field extends into the field of nature around you,

And you receive this balanced state,

As if it were your own.

The difficulty is in maintaining this state as you go back into your life.

You see,

You disconnect when you leave this place,

These balanced natural spaces,

And you go back into a world that is often contrasts and extremes of imbalance,

Fields upon fields that create imbalance,

All of which you move through on a daily basis,

Some of you more than others.

It is important for you to create a space within which you can create your own balance.

You must have a calm place to sit,

Something peaceful,

Preferably something green with plants,

With natural elements,

With fresh air.

In this way,

You may reconnect to some of the elements of nature,

Some of the aspects that you know on a cellular level.

These are familiar to you on a cellular level.

They assist you in reestablishing balance.

Begin to create your space,

And notice how you feel in this space,

And be aware of what you bring in when you enter this space.

How do you carry yourself as you come in?

Do you carry strong emotions,

Negative emotions?

If so,

Then you will fill the space with these emotions.

This must be a sacred space.

You must leave behind all of the difficulty,

All of the negativity,

The frustration,

The sadness,

The angst.

All must be left at the door.

When you walk into your space,

This space that you will create,

It must be free of heavy vibrations,

Such as these heavy emotions.

You may use music.

You may use incense.

You may use fresh air.

You may use stones.

Use these things to create a vibrational state of harmony in which you can rest.

Imagine if you were to create this in your own home,

And you were to spend just 10 minutes every day in this place,

In this calm,

In your meditation,

Your silence,

Your inner silence.

In this way,

You create much more harmony within your field,

Which then creates much more harmony within your life.

It is quite simple.

We send you our blessings.

We send you our love.

We surround you with our light.

Do not forget that we are here,

Dear ones.

Do not forget that we walk with you.

And when you are ready,

You may bring yourself back,

Becoming again aware of your body,

Of your breath,

Bringing yourself back into your space,

And opening your eyes.
