As you begin or progress along your acceptance journey,

It can be helpful to journal about what arises for you.

You can use these prompts to uncover or examine more deeply the way you feel about what it is you're trying to accept,

Helping you to process your emotions and approach the situation with more clarity.

While the writing process can be very cathartic,

You can also use these prompts to meditate on your answers.

It can be beneficial to give yourself some quiet space where you won't be distracted.

You may want to complete a breathing exercise or meditation beforehand to help you relax and clear your mind.

Take the time you need with each question and answer only those that feel right.

Be kind and gentle with yourself,

Never forcing or pushing the experience,

And release any expectation or attachment to outcomes.

Try your best to meet yourself where you're at in this moment with honesty and an open heart.
