So often I find that I am searching outside myself for things I think I have lost or something I am lacking.
Seems to be a common thread for us seekers but there is no escaping it.
There is no escaping from me,
From us,
From it.
Love.
So often I pour from my cup selflessly to find myself standing empty handed at the threshold once again of coming home to myself.
Always searching,
Never satisfied,
A sign of our times I think giving so much importance to wealth and earthly pleasures when not enjoyed with temperance often become pebbles in our shoes obstacles if you will on the road to our awakening.
But what is awakening if not an opening to see with our own hearts to explore the vast universe that lies hidden inside.
Close your eyes.
Come with me.
Allow yourself to sit in the lap of the ever expanding and infinitely abundant universe and receive.
Unravel from your thoughts and busy brain.
You see my love just by being here now you are validating the inner voice that oh so quietly whispers in your ear.
The one we are not trained to listen to.
The irrational one.
The one that lies in the core of your being in the deepest chambers of your heart.
Let's go there now.
Listen to my breath and repeat what I am doing.
We'll take four breaths together but first just listen to my example.
Gently contracting the back of your throat making a sound like the ocean.
Listen breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Listen again.
Let's breathe together now.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Create space within.
We're standing at the shore.
The cool water rushes through your toes as the waves crash against your feet and splash up on your legs.
And with the gentle pull you release the tension from your physical body.
The ebb and flow slowly rocking you into the peace that lies within.
Sunlight pouring warm energy into the top of your head and clearing out through your feet.
With every breath reborn,
A reinvention of your infinite self.
Gently releasing the breath now and breathing naturally in a way that your mind comes home to your body.
Dropping now from your head to your heart.
Placing a hand atop the seat of your soul.
Your heart space.
The other palm facing up to receive.
Feeling the pulse that runs through all of life in sync with your own.
Imagining every beat,
Illuminating 30 trillion cells.
A galaxy within your being.
Feel the flow of life force as it travels through miles of cosmic streams within your veins.
The same cosmos above,
Within.
Relax among the stars.
Feel at peace and one with the universe.
Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud to yourself.
I inhale infinite love and exhale all fear.
I radiate love to all and love comes back to me thousand fold.
I know that I have everything I need to follow my path.
Listen to the music and let it melt away your worries.

Slowly coming back to the space you're in,
Allowing the peace you feel now to permeate all areas of your life.
Let it illuminate the darkest,
Most forgotten and unloved parts of yourself.

From here all things are possible.
It is true.
You already know,
You can feel it in your bones,
Everything you want already exists.
