Hi and welcome to your life coaching session.

Find a comfortable position.

Keep your journal and pen nearby for this one.

Take a few nice deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

As you breathe in and out,

Become grounded within yourself.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to exhale completely.

Take a moment to really look at your life now.

Just become aware of what's happening at this moment.

Imagine you're looking through a viewfinder.

Let yourself zoom out,

Way out,

So much that you can look at where you are in your own life from very far away.

Look at your life without judgment,

Like you're watching a movie.

What kind of movie is your life?

Is it a drama?

A thriller?

A love story?

Which way are you headed?

What direction is your life headed in?

Think about how you feel every morning when you wake up.

What are your days like?

Are you busy?

Do you want more or less of what you have now?

Take some time to think about the general mood and feeling of your life right now.

What does it feel like?

Look like?

Taste like?

Sound like?

Even smell like?

Now think about what you would want your life to feel like.

Write your answers down if you'd like.

Really allow your inner guidance to come through.

Let's take some deep breaths together.

Breathe in.

Pause.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Pause.

Breathe out.

Create some space between your thoughts.

Become centered.

Now notice if there's any patterns lately.

Synchronicities.

Coincidences.

What's on your mind lately?

What are your hopes and dreams?

Just let whatever comes to your mind flow onto your paper without judgment.

Your answer is coming through,

Is perfect.

Think about what you need more of.

What would serve you?

Be honest.

Maybe there's something you feel you should prioritize.

What is that?

Could be a few things actually.

Limit your answers to one or two things that are most important to you.

Allow yourself the space to contemplate this.

Just let those answers come to you without pressure.

Just being aware of what is really important to you.

Now take a moment to think of an intention.

It can be a simple intention.

An intention for your life,

For what you want it to look like from now on.

What do you want to receive?

What will make your life better?

What action can you take to move towards that intention?

We'll close this session with a minute to contemplate.

Trust that whatever came through for you today is exactly what needed to come through.
