So go ahead and find a comfortable spot to either sit or lie down.
And just feel your body sinking into the furniture that you're on.
Just let go of the weight.
Notice any tension that you might be holding in any area of your body.
Just do a quick scan from head down to your toes,
Noticing any tension and just letting it go.
And now I just want you to envision that you are standing on a beach,
A beautiful tropical beach and below your feet is powdery white sand.
And to your right,
You see a crystal clear blue ocean extending,
Extending out into the sunset.
The water is gently lapping up onto the beach.
And to your left,
You notice a beautiful forest full of palm trees and vines and beautiful exotic flowers that you have never seen before.
Colors that are so vibrant and beautiful.
And you take a step forward walking into this forest.
As you walk,
Notice all the different plants and trees,
The sounds,
Maybe animals or other creatures that are near you.
Notice the flowers and the smells.
Notice the feeling of the breeze blowing on your face gently.
Continue walking down this path.
And as you continue on,
You see a beautiful pool in a clearing.
This is a natural pool and above it is a waterfall flowing down into this pool and filling it.
It's not very deep.
It's deep enough for you to stand.
And so as you get closer to this pool,
You gently begin to walk into it step by step.
You feel the warm water touching your feet,
Your ankles,
Moving up your calves,
Your knees.
The water moves up now to your thighs and your waist,
Covering your stomach and your chest.
And you feel comfortable here and cool and calm.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
Look up above you.
Notice how the sun is shining and sparkling and clear through the trees.
You watch the light dance and sparkle and move as the breeze gently blows the leaves on the trees,
Causing the sunlight to dance and shine.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are able to flip over and float on your stomach.
There's no need for any snorkel equipment.
You are just able to breathe and look down below you in this pool.
Imagine how the bottom looks.
Is it green and mossy?
Is it rocky?
Imagine that the water is clear and you are able to see the fish and the seaweed.
And look at how the sunlight shines through the water and again dances and plays as the water's movement shifts and changes the sunlight.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.

And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.

And now you feel yourself floating over to the waterfall and gently come to standing.
Move yourself under this waterfall now and allow your head to just lay back,
Feeling the water rushing down over your head,
Through your hair and down your back.
Feel this water cleansing you,
Helping you to wash away and release anything that is holding you back,
Anything that you've been carrying with you lately,
Anything that's holding you down or just causing you to not feel like yourself.
Allow this waterfall to wash away and feel it leaving you now.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And now imagine that you are floating on your back in this pool.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly wade back out of this pool,
Back up onto the path that you came on.
And again just observe the beautiful plants,
The flowers,
The breeze,
The sunlight,
The warm air.
Just imagine it all surrounding you as you make your way back down this path to the beach.
And when you reach the beach,
It is now sunset.
A beautiful sunset is glowing orange and pink,
Yellow,
Purple and blue on the horizon.
And imagine yourself sitting now on the beach in whatever position is comfortable.
And just watch as the sun slowly sinks down over the horizon.
Imagine the waves crashing on the beach in front of you.
Feel the water lapping up to your toes.
And just use this moment to be with yourself.
Having released all that you did in the waterfall,
Just come back to center now.
Feel at home in your body.
Feel at home with yourself.
And just watch as the sun slowly sinks down over the horizon.

And offer up now gratitude for all that has been released today.
And as that sun sinks below you,
Just imagine the waves crashing on the horizon.

Gently begin to wiggle your toes,
