In this meditation, you will be led through the process of re-framing people-pleasing behaviors. You will visualize past experiences and reframe them in your mind in order to move forward with self-forgiveness and love.

So find yourself a comfortable seat and just allow yourself to sink in.

Feel the weight of your body.

Feel the breath in your lungs.

Take a few moments here as your breathing softens to listen.

Listen to the breath as it enters your body and moves through the lungs and listen to it as it comes back through and exits through the mouth.

And now take a moment to think back over your pattern of pleasing others.

Think about the things that you have said yes to in the past that perhaps you didn't want to do.

Be sure not to use judgment here.

Simply watch them in your mind's eye as if they are a movie replaying themselves.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

See yourself creating firm boundaries,

Saying no in a kind and loving way without apologizing.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

Imagine yourself in your mind's eye and forgive yourself for any of those past times when you sacrificed yourself and your worthiness for others.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

And now take a moment to visualize those same memories but change them.

Let's offer up gratitude now for this space,

For the time that you've spent forgiving yourself for anything you've done in the past to sacrifice your worthiness.

Thank you for this space to reconnect and to change the course of history,

To change those past decisions that you've made and to honor yourself.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and open your eyes.
