Gently relax into your space and allow your eyes to close.

Just begin to notice your breath.

You don't have to change anything about it.

Just notice the inhale and the exhale.

And now on your own take three deep breaths.

Fill your lungs completely and then release through your mouth with a sigh.

And now on your own take three deep breaths.

Fill your lungs completely and then release through your mouth with a sigh.

Imagine a beautiful forest stretching above you and a path becomes obvious.

And as you walk along this path you notice the beautiful leaves and moisture dripping off of the leaves and dropping to the ground.

You notice a gentle breeze blowing through,

Rustling your hair.

You can smell the fresh scent of plants and flowers and earth as you continue walking.

Up ahead of you you see a pool.

A natural beautiful pool.

Maybe it's a spring.

Maybe it has a waterfall.

Whatever it looks like for you is absolutely perfect.

And as you walk up to this pool you decide to sit down on the edge.

Slowly you dip your toes in and this pool instantly relaxes your feet.

Feel this relaxation moving through your feet,

Releasing any tension.

You dip a little deeper now standing at the edge of the pool.

The water comes up to your calves and you instantly feel your calves and your shins relax.

Taking a step deeper into the clear blue water you feel the relaxation move up your thighs and to your hips and your pelvis,

Allowing everything to relax.

And slowly now you sink deeper into the water.

Allow it to come up to your stomach,

Relaxing your abdomen and your lower back.

And now in this clear crystal clear beautiful pool of water you allow yourself to lie down and float on your back.

Feeling the relaxation moving from your hands up to your arms.

Releasing any tension in your chest and shoulders and neck.

Feeling the water gently touch the back of your head as you float and relax.

And looking up at the sky even though it's daylight you can see beautiful stars glistening in the sky and you see a full moon lighting the path.

And now as you lay here in this beautiful pool of relaxation where you are supported and grounded and calm we will now speak affirmations of truth that will help you to align with positivity,

Self-confidence and feelings of worthiness.

Repeat the following statements out loud.

I am worthy of living out my purpose.

I believe that all answers reside within me.

I trust in the divine to carry me during moments of fear.

I am a powerful being capable of anything.

And now as you continue to float in this beautiful pool offer up gratitude for this time that you have spent aligning with a beautiful belief in yourself.

Letting go of any emotions that no longer serve you and leaving them here in this pool where they will be transmuted into something beautiful.

And so slowly imagine yourself letting your feet touch the bottom of the pool and coming up to standing position.

Slowly make your way back out of the pool and to the path feeling that you are completely cleansed and clear and all that is left is a beautiful belief in the power that you have to bring your light into the world.

Feel love for yourself radiating out of every corner of your existence.

You are radiating this beautiful glow of light and this light is what you are meant to bring and share with the world.

The path slowly makes its way back to where you started from and as you leave this path know that you can return here anytime you like.

Anytime you would like to remind yourself of who you are and the beautiful blessings that you have to give to the world.

Gently begin to start wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Gently moving around and when you feel ready open your eyes.
