Let's meditate together.

Let's do a practice where we are connecting with that innermost part of self and I hope you get that feeling like you're really connected really in tune with who you are and from that place make the most loving and compassionate choices not only for you but for those around you and for the greater world.

So let's meditate.

First let's just move the body around,

Take some stretches side to side,

Roll out the neck,

Roll out the shoulders.

Maybe you just want to wiggle your body a few times and then slowly coming to a comfortable position whether that's seated or lying down.

Finding a place to park the body and then close the eyes down.

And then first starting to adjust the physical form.

If there's any parts of the body that are craving an adjustment just move them and then take a quick scan from toes to head.

Are there any other parts of the body that you can adjust to bring you into more comfort,

More relaxation,

More focus?

After making those adjustments,

Still the body and begin to focus on the breath.

Drawing your attention away from any other distractions,

Any other senses,

Anything else at all besides the breath.

Bring it inward.

Bring it inward.

Following your inhales and your exhales.

The air moving in and out through your nostrils.

With every exhale,

Release tension from the body.

With every inhale,

Breathe in clarity.

With every exhale,

Release distractions.

With every inhale,

Bring in relaxation.

Continuing to breathe like this cycle,

Releasing anything you don't want.

With the exhale,

Drawing in anything you do want through the inhale.

Repeating the cycle a few more times.

And then releasing the breath awareness.

Draw your focus now to the center of your chest.

And as you focus there,

Do you notice any sensation?

You notice anything visual or anything else that you can describe that's within you,

Or anything else that you can describe that's within you right here,

Right now?

Seeing your ability to dialogue with your inner self.

Noticing what's there.

Trying to understand it a little bit more.

And as you maybe were first connecting with this part of yourself,

More on that sensory level,

The senses that we know in our reality,

Can you go even deeper to the innermost part of yourself?

A part that transcends your body.

Where does that live?

And what does that look like?

Connecting what's there with your body.

Connecting with this part of you that has felt things so deeply.

More than a stretch of your body,

Or more than a scrape on your body.

Something that has felt so deep,

So vast,

So vast.

Maybe it's the part of you that feels intuition and knows when something is what's best for you.

Maybe it's when you know you're meant to be here,

And breathing this air on this earth,

That part of you has felt that way before and will feel that way again.

Maybe it's the part of you that's known that everything is divinely orchestrated and coming together in the perfect mix to support you in this life.

What does that look like?

What does that feel like?

Where does it live within you or outside of you?

And if you can connect with that part of you,

Even the slightest amount right now,

Rejoicing in that,

And seeing if you can crank it up just a little bit more.

That feeling of connection,

That feeling of divinity,

Of the deepest love you've ever known.

Taking both hands over your heart in the center of your chest,

And holding yourself here.

Holding your physical form that holds your soul.

Maybe asking yourself right now in this space,

What does your soul want?

What is it asking you to do?

What would truly help you evolve?

Sitting and receiving the answers,

The guidance that comes to you in whatever form.

And then slowly,

Slowly lifting yourself up higher and higher in your mind.

We'll start to make our way out of the meditation,

Making some movements,

Some wiggling,

Some shifting.

Come back to this reality.

When you open your eyes,

Taking the insights you gain with you,

Taking any connection,

Anything at all from your experience,

And bringing it into your reality.

Integrating it now.

Maybe you want to reflect on it some more or journal on it.

Take something with you.
