Hi Love,

Welcome to this time for you,

This space where you get to reconnect,

To release,

And to step into the next version of yourself,

To embody the vision that you have for yourself and thrive.

So allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Maybe that's sitting,

Maybe that's lying down,

And let your spine lengthen just a little,

And invite your breath to slow way down.

This is a moment for you,

A pause in the noise,

A return to something real,

Something ancient in you that already knows how to let go and how to rise.

Let's take 3 deep,

Slow breaths together.

Inhaling in through your nose,

Down into your belly,

And exhaling through your nose,

And fully and completely releasing the air.

Again,

Inhale into the belly,

And as you exhale,

Allow your jaw to soften.

And one more time,

Inhale,

And as you exhale,

Feel the whole body begin to settle into this moment.

Now bring awareness down into your body,

Noticing your breath,

Your chest,

Your belly,

And notice your seat,

Or your back,

Your feet,

Being supported by the earth or the surface beneath you.

Embrace this feeling of being held,

Knowing that you are safe here.

There's nothing to fix.

You don't have to earn anything.

You're just allowed to be.

Gently bring to mind the habit,

The pattern,

Or the thought you're choosing to release,

And let it float up into your awareness.

Not as something that's wrong or bad,

Not as something that's broken,

Just something you've carried,

Something that once served you.

See it clearly,

Gently,

No shame,

Just witnessing.

Maybe it was scrolling,

Maybe it's snacking,

Maybe it's the story that says you're behind,

Or you're too much,

Or not enough.

Whatever it is,

You've held it like a safety blanket.

But today,

We thank it,

And we set it down.

Whisper softly to yourself,

This is no longer mine to carry.

I release it with love.

And once again,

This is no longer mine to carry.

I release it with love.

And feel the space beginning to open.

Now,

Let's meet the version of you who's already on the other side.

The version of you who wakes up already aligned,

Already moving with purpose,

Already clear.

See her,

Feel her.

How does she breathe?

How does she move?

What does her day feel like?

Not perfect,

Not rigid,

Steady.

This is your future self.

But she's not far away.

She's already within you.

Breathe into her now.

Let her step forward.

Let her take up space in your chest,

In your spine,

In your body.

You are becoming her now.

Whisper to yourself,

I remember who I am.

I trust who I'm becoming.

I already am.

Now imagine her standing in front of you.

Same eyes,

Same heart.

But her energy,

It's clean,

It's light,

And it's sure.

She reaches for your hand.

She looks you in the eye and says,

You don't need that old pattern anymore.

I've got you now.

And you believe her because she is you.

Let yourself merge with her now.

Feel her awareness slip into your spine,

Her confidence sliding into your chest,

Her self-respect coating your skin like silk.

You are breathing as her.

You're being her.

You are her.

Now whisper,

I don't quit the habit.

I outgrow the version of me who needed it.

And I'm already doing that now.

Let it land.

Again,

I don't quit the habit.

I outgrow the version of me who needed it.

Let that truth vibrate in your bones.

Now,

As we close,

I want you to speak directly to your nervous system.

Say,

You are safe now.

It's safe to let this go.

It's safe to rise.

Take one final deep breath in.

You're not just walking away from something.

You are walking toward the next version of you.

And she,

She's already waiting with open arms.

You can return to this practice anytime.

And every time you do,

You anchor her more deeply.

You're not trying.

You are becoming.

This is Catherine Wild.

Thank you for joining me for this beautiful embodiment practice.

And I am sending you so much love.
