Let's begin by taking a deep breath into the heart center,
Exhaling and surrendering your body to the earth,
Bringing all of your attention and awareness to your breath as you follow it in and out.
From high above you,
In the cosmos,
A beautiful sun illuminates,
A golden,
Warm.
On your next inhale breath,
Pull that light down from the sun,
All the way into your crown,
Thick like honey.
This light begins to settle the mind,
Sending your thoughts to sleep,
To rest,
As there is nothing to figure out or experience or understand here,
Only to surrender to the great mystery to come into the wisdom of your own heart and explore higher realms of consciousness.
And on your next inhale breath,
Breathe that light into your heart center,
Cracking open your heart,
Your portal,
To the other realm.
Allow your light to illuminate through your body,
What color streams from your heart center.
Continuing to breathe with every exhale,
Expand your inner light,
Watch your light come out of your body and move through the space around you.
It might look like a gentle smoke,
Swirling energy,
Sharp piercing rays,
Take up space,
Make more room,
Until all you can see is your inner light.
And inside of this beautiful light,
An ethereal veil appears to the other realm.
When you take your hand,
Sliding across the veil,
And find yourself stepping out into an ancient desert,
Your feet hit soft white sand,
The sky illuminates,
Black with stars,
The galaxies so clear,
As if you could reach out and touch them,
The air is warm,
An ancient pyramids scatter the desert floor,
Illuminated by the light of the moon.
You can feel a magic,
An ancient power,
Through the soles of your feet,
As you walk along the sand,
Suddenly with every step you notice the sand turns an illuminated blue glow,
It is alive,
A part of the great mother,
Here to support you on this journey.
And in this sacred space,
I want you to call on a helping spirit guide,
Here to meet you,
To take you on a journey within.
They might come in human,
Spirit,
Animal form,
You might receive more than one.
Allow your heart to guide the way and trust what comes forward.
Take in the colors,
The features.
This may be a guide you have worked with before,
Or something or someone new,
And this guide is here to help you transform,
As this desert represents the element of fire,
It is here you can change anything that your heart desires,
Whether it be in your internal or external world.
And so you follow your guide,
Along a pathway of sand,
You see a light illuminate in the distance,
At the base of one of the pyramids,
And as your guide takes you towards that light,
It asks you,
What do you desire to transform,
Is there something in your life that is no longer serving,
Whether it be a belief,
Agreement,
A behavior,
Or a person,
Place,
Or thing.
This sacred space is being created for you to let go energetically,
And to ask for help from the divine energy of the universe,
To help you manifest this transformation in the 3D realm.
So trust whatever comes to your heart first,
And as you get closer to the light,
A beautiful entryway to the pyramid meets you,
And there is a symbol above this door,
What do you see?
Your guide takes you through,
And you find yourself in a hallway of gold lined walls,
And as you slide your hand across the walls,
Suddenly images begin to appear,
Prophecy of what is to come for you.
Your guide tells you to trust deeply in your own vision,
For they come from the desire of your heart.
So be here,
And allow yourself to see what is to come,
As you slide your hand across the soft gold.
It is time to continue on,
As you follow your guide deeper into the pyramid,
You begin to feel warm heat,
A fire illuminates,
Surrounded by stone reflecting off the walls,
And you may find there are other guides here to meet you,
And you are handed a stone bowl,
And asked to place one hand in the center of your heart,
And one hand under the wall,
And your guide places a hand on your back directly opposite of your heart center.
Whatever it is you desire to release,
A feeling,
An illness,
An attachment,
Your guide tells you to take a deep breath in,
As you breathe into your heart center,
And the hand on your chest,
And you exhale,
And you feel this powerful light and strength come from behind your back,
As you push what no longer serves,
All the way down,
Into your hand,
And into that bowl,
Deeply breathing in again,
Exhaling and sending it out of your body,
Again deep breath in,
What no longer serves,
I release you,
And take a few more breaths here at your pace,
Until you feel all of that energy,
All you desire to transform,
Leave your body,
Into that bowl,
As you watch that fire illuminate in front of you,
You are called forward,
To throw the bowl into its flames,
To be released,
To be transformed,
You surrender it all,
And watch the fire,
Transform it,
Without our darkness,
There is no illumination,
Without discomfort,
There is nothing to transform,
It is in these places,
In these spaces,
In our lives,
That guide us to higher levels of consciousness,
That guide us closer to our divinity,
As you reflect on what those golden walls showed you,
As you reflect on the desires of your own heart,
As you reflect on the life you wish to have,
You are reminded,
There's no time to waste,
Your guide places an amulet around your neck,
This represents courage,
A courage to change the things you can,
To trust in a divine love for yourself,
To trust in the divine unfolding,
In the greater story at play,
That you're not aware of yet,
And if at any time you need to return here,
To see what greatness lies ahead,
Or to release the energy from your body that isn't serving you,
This guide will always be here waiting at the doors,
Your guide embraces you,
As you allow yourself to fall deep into them,
Feeling an unconditional love,
A safe place of surrender,
Your heart to their heart,
You say thank you,
And taking one last deep breath in,
Exhale letting go,
This beautiful landscape disappears around you,
As you come back into your body,
Back into the space,
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
