That glowing orb of source light.
Begin to breathe that light down your crown into your body.
Allow it to cleanse you.
Sending any feeling or thought that isn't serving you in this moment.
All the way down your root.
Imagine that light thick like honey.
Consuming that thought or feeling and shape shifting it.
So overpowered with love and light.
The sun,
Your root.
Then into the earth,
Creating medicine.
Imagine yourself glowing in this golden light.
This cocoon of yellow like a golden egg surrounds your body.
Safe,
Protected,
Nourished.
Taking a deep breath in to the center of your chest,
Exhale letting go and imagine expanding that golden light.
Expand it past your body,
Past your room,
Past the space that you're in.
Feeling yourself lying or sitting down,
Tilting your head back.
Looking up at that golden sky.
Begins to open,
A gentle crack.
Feel it.
Find yourself stepping out into a clearing in a forest.
Your feet hit the earth.
Your landscape appears around you.
The trees are thick.
They surround you.
This clearing is small.
Anywhere you reach your arm out you could touch a tree.
Beautiful leaves,
Soft and small,
Shake with the wind.
You can feel the wind swirling around.
As it wakes up the animals in this sacred space.
And out from behind one of the trees,
A helping spirit animal comes to meet you.
Trust what you see.
Allow it to shape shift.
Maybe you have more than one.
They call you forward to follow them.
You make your way through the dense forest.
With every step you take,
You notice it begins to expand a little.
The trees become younger,
Thinner,
Lighter in color.
More space in between.
Your helping spirit animal takes you to the base of a mountain.
It is red,
Orange,
Dry.
The wind blows the sand from its base,
From its trail.
This swirling desert feel encompasses this mountain.
You notice an opening about halfway up.
A cave.
This beautiful golden light emanating.
You follow your helping spirit animal up the trail towards the cave entrance.
Finding yourself standing in front of this golden light.
You close your eyes and call forward a helping spirit.
An ancestor.
An angel.
One of your guides who take human form.
And just take a moment here as you allow them to appear from that golden light.
Allowing yourself to see all of their features,
What they're wearing,
The color of their hair and skin.
And the feeling you get being in their presence.
They know you are here for magic.
To create a spell for love,
Light,
Pleasure and ease.
You follow them into the cave.
The light is bright.
That golden glow.
Crystals in the rock.
All these shelves appear with tiny bottles filled with herbs,
Potions.
Items you've never seen before.
The beautiful blanket sits in the middle of the space.
Your guide asks you to sit.
As you stare around the walls,
Your guide asks you to pick seven items.
Staring around the room,
What calls out to you most?
Maybe you see names on the bottles of feelings that you want to invoke in yourself.
Creativity.
Joy,
Magic,
Gifts.
Maybe there are herbs and plants,
Wild colors.
You don't know exactly what this medicine is for,
But you're feeling called to choose it.
When you say yes to one of these items,
You're helping spirit grabs them off the wall.
Or maybe they even float down.
Different shells,
Rocks,
Stones.
Hair,
Teeth.
All seven items are laid out in front of you.
Your guide brings down this beautiful bowl of stone.
Asking you to close your eyes.
What spell do you want to make?
What wish do you have for yourself?
What is the first thing top of heart and mind?
And from the center of your chest,
Send that wish to the bowl.
It turns from the stone gray to a magnificent,
Clear light.
Begin to take your items.
Just dropping a little from each bottle,
Each container,
Into the bowl.
Notice how the items you pick relate to your wish.
Your guide hands you this beautiful rose quartz stone.
Use it to crush up all the herbs,
The hair,
The bones.
Your guide hands you a glass jar.
You tilt the bowl into the jar,
Placing a lid on top.
Your guide tells you to make your way up to the mountain with every step manifesting your dream,
Your wish,
Your spell.
When you get to the top,
There will be a fire there awaiting you.
You burn the spell and as you do,
Your wish is sent out into the universe.
You thank your guide,
Leave this golden cave,
And follow your helping spirit animal to the top.

As you arrive to the top of the mountain,
A beautiful fire with blue flame,
Gently dancing in the soft wind,
Is there to meet you.
Taking your spell,
Dropping it into the flames,
Imagine the scent of your herbs,
The scent of your wish and your dream.
Feel the breeze on your skin as your spell is taken away by the wind.
Taking a deep breath in of gratitude for all your helping spirits,
The beautiful blue flame,
And your ability to create the life of your dreams.
You thank your animal for taking you on this journey.
They remind you at any time you can return to this place.
As you watch the last of the flame disappear,
You take one last deep breath in,
Exhale letting it go.
Coming back into the body,
Back into the space,
