Let's move from the head to the heart by taking your hand and placing it in the center of your chest. Press your palm in towards your heart center, Applying a gentle pressure. See if you can tune in to the feeling of being held. Allow yourself to surrender into your own hand, Beginning to take deep breaths at your own pace. Allow yourself to lean in further to the pressure of your palm, Surrendering yourself to this present moment, Surrendering yourself to the power you have to hold space for your own experience. And on your next exhale breath, Send a root from the base of your spine deep down into the center of the earth. And as your root deepens into the soil, The life below the surface of the earth begins to come alive, Glowing in neon pinks, Greens, Yellows, And blues. The energy of life is all around you. The trees from all over the world begin to send their roots to yours, And these beautiful cords of light begin to wrap themselves around your root. In this moment, You realize you are connected to everything. You can see and feel a divine unfolding. On your next exhale, Allow your entire body to relax, Coming into a forward fold or bowing your head down towards your chest. Surrender to this light in the center, Knowing that you are loved exactly as you are in this moment.
