Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is an energy center that is located just below the belly button and encompasses our pelvic organs.

It's also the seat of our creativity,

Our sensuality.

It's where we can embrace the flow of life,

The flow of creativity,

Of abundance.

This is mostly due to the fact that the sacral chakra is aligned.

And so when we're feeling some stagnancy and blockages in the sacral chakra,

It can really feel like we aren't able to move the flow of life.

Maybe we aren't dancing or moving enough for the body to feel that flow.

Maybe we have lost some of that connection to our sensuality and so working with the sacral chakra can be really powerful in reawakening all of those juicy energies,

Really bringing us back to confidence,

Connection with ourselves.

So for this meditation today you are invited to find a safe quiet space,

Lying down a yoga mat or a sofa.

But if you really want to focus on awakening and drawing up awful kundalini energy from the sacral channel of the head,

Then I do invite you to sit propped up against the wall.

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

Just closing the eyes for this practice.

Wherever you are sitting,

Finding this time for this meditation,

Feel free to place a hand in a sacral area,

So just below your belly button,

The womb space,

The area of the pelvic bulb.

Just beginning to connect using the depth of your breath as this magical tool which we communicate.

Step away from our thinking,

Over-analyzing mind,

And to embrace quietness,

Stillness,

Breathing slowly,

This gradual place of spaciousness that we are shifting those breaths from the chest down.

And the feeling is a little.

And also accepting that you might have some thoughts trying to take up space,

Trying this dedicated time for yourself.

Just seeing if as we move through this meditation,

Whether you can become the observer of those thoughts.

Those to being so tired,

Presence,

Consciously choosing what isn't serving you.

As you breathe and find that state of presence,

Noticing if you're holding any tension and you're scrunching your eyes closed,

Can you just let your jaw soften?

Maybe having a big sigh,

Release.

And as you continue to breathe,

Mindful of your thoughts,

Bringing all of your awareness to the space beneath your hand where it rests,

Just below your navel.

Imagining that beneath your hand,

Inside your body,

Is this beautiful.

As you breathe,

You can feel and see in your mind's eye that this aura,

Maybe it even becomes warmer.

And as this light blossoms,

Grows with you,

Breathing your pelvic organs in this beautiful aura.

This light is nourishing all of those organs.

By drawing this attention and this healing energy into your pelvis,

Into your sacral chakra.

Also reawakening flow,

Your sensuality,

Your sexuality,

Creativity.

Awakening a sense of abundance,

Overflowing,

Just pours and flows through every cell,

Tissue,

Every single of your sacrum,

Your state of presence.

And as you feel this potent energy reawakening,

Just allowing these affirmations to speak to your subconscious and help integrate to flow of energy that you are connecting with in this moment.

My creativity flows,

Inspiration is always flowing.

I embrace my sexual and sensual self.

I give myself permission to feel sexy.

I release past traumas that I hold onto energetically,

My sacral chakra.

I deserve to experience pleasure.

As I awaken my sacral chakra,

I also connect.

My energy is vibrant.

I do not make myself small.

I honor my emotions and I allow them to flow.

As I connect to my sacral,

I welcome in.

It is safe for me to feel sexual.

My sexuality is sacred.

I choose to feel.

I am safe in my body.

I deserve to experience bliss.

Prosperity constantly flows to me.

I am filled with passion and purpose.

I honor my divinity as a sensual being.

I move my body in a way that feels good for me.

I am worthy of desire.

And as we allow these affirmations to really land within us,

Maybe we begin to bring some gentle rotation,

Some gentle movement to the hip.

Maybe beginning by making some small circles to engaging pelvic floor energy up into the body and then changing direction and circling the hips to the right.

Maybe as we circle,

We engage our core,

Just gently focusing into our reproductive wall.

In this movement,

We're gently encouraging the flow.

Maybe we begin to tilt,

Of course,

Doing what feels comfortable.

Yourself does not feel.

We're just bringing some movement into this part of the body that holds on so tightly,

Emotions,

Experiences that no longer serve us.

And as we move,

We allow that energy to leave,

Creating a safe space within.

To this meditation,

You might greatly encourage you to do so.

And finding patience,

Rediscovering joy.

So in all,

A beautiful,

Absolute masterpiece.

Maybe allowing the hips to now still once more,

But feeling how supported they are.

That's the earth,

Your bed,

Your sofa.

Maybe noticing how it feels.

You might feel this urge to move the rest of the body,

Just gently with some slow and sensual.

In doing that,

We're just encouraging that flow of energy.

We're giving space to all that is stuck,

Held,

Allowing it to just move and transition,

Flow,

Allowing that energy to alchemize into something new,

Something beautiful.

And maybe that's a movement as delicate as softly manipulating the fingertips.

Maybe you feel inclined to run your fingertips inside of the arm,

Inside of the neck.

And we're drawing this sensual energy from the sacral chakra elsewhere,

Weakening those erogenous areas where we are sensitive to gentle.

And finding our way back to safety,

Beginning to feel safer in our body,

In our self-expression.

And recognizing that healing is not just about reliving trauma or addressing the darkness,

But it is also about rediscovering,

Reconnecting to our desire,

Refueling our zest for life,

Bringing it back,

Feeling how joy and pleasure can exist alongside the healing work you're under.

Finding that pleasure back in your body with your own self-practice,

Learning to trust yourself and at the same time honoring this beautiful vessel.

Maybe just finding your way back to stillness if you feel called to.

If not,

Then feel free to continue in those gentle sensual movements.

I encourage you to engage with even more of this exploration after this meditation if you feel called to step into allowing yourself to rest a little while.

Be taking some time to process whatever has come up for you during this meditation movement.

So I leave you here with a little bit more process,
