Hello,
It's day 20 of 21 days meditation series and this is Smith coming from the world spiritual university,
The greatest spot in the universe which we also call as Madhuvan,
The land of golden age.
Today we meditated for more than 20 minutes and we were awakening our chakras,
Awakening the energy in our body and today we're just going to have a very short meditation using one mantra.
We've done it before but it's time to go back from where we started.
So let's get comfortable and sit very gently.
If you want to take off your shoes or sit in a comfortable chair or you want to sit with crossed legs or you want to make them straight just do whatever feels right to you.
And before you meditate just take a few deep breaths and release.
Just take another deep breath and let go.
Just flow in and out.
And before we begin let's ask ourselves a few questions again.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Sometimes you will answer.
Sometimes there will be no answer.
Sometimes the universe answers.
You just be unconcerned.
Simply keep asking this question.
Who am I?
Who am I?
This is the perfect time to start your own dialogue with the universe.
Next let's ask what do I want?
What do I want?
And the answer can be material,
Physical,
Emotional,
Spiritual.
What is it that I really really really want?
And next let's ask what is my dharma?
What is my purpose in life?
How can I help people?
How can I heal people?
How can I serve people using my unique gifts and my special talents?
And now let's plant these intentions like seeds in the fertile soil of my heart or my soul.
Just take a deep breath in and let's release all these questions out into the ether and we leave it up to the universe to answer.
We leave it up to the spirit to sort out the details.
Let's begin by repeating the mantra Aum Shanti.
And as you repeat the mantra it may change.
Even though you are repeating it silently in your mind it may become louder or fainter.
It might get distorted.
It might become faster or slower.
However it changes you just simply repeat it innocently without resisting any change.
And when you notice that you've drifted or shifted away from the mantra to thoughts in your mind or to sounds in the environment or sensations in your body just gently drift back.
And your meditation will be this gentle drifting back and forth.
I will watch this time for you.
You simply and gently sit down with your eyes closed for the next 5 minutes.
Aum Shanti I am complete as the universe.
You can just stop repeating the mantra now.
Just take a deep breath in.
Simply let go.
Take another slow deep breath.
Simply let go.
Let's seal this meditation by chanting Aum together.
Take a deep breath in.
Aum When you feel comfortable simply and slowly close your open your eyes and look around to these thousands of your brothers and sisters tapping into this stillness and silence.
And we are heading back from where we started.
This is Sumit wishing you peace and I'll see you tomorrow on our last day of this first series of 21 days meditation.
Aum Shanti and Namaste.
