Hello,

This is Sumit Jain and I am your guide for the 21 day meditation series.

This is a very very powerful day and this is day 12.

So welcome to day 12 and we are heading back home and the beauty is that there is no finish line.

When we get to 21 days this is who we will be.

We will have this meditation practice as part of who we are.

We don't have to think about it anymore.

You don't have to try to reschedule it.

It will be part of who you are because you've gotten comfortable for it for the past 11 days.

So congratulations,

We are leaping into day 12.

You've meditated 11 days with thousands of like-minded closest meditating friends.

And this meditation today is going to be about your ego.

Yes,

Your sweet little ego.

Some of the best ancient scriptures and scholars,

They go deeper into the subtle dreams and the subtle dream is the dream of the mind,

The intellect and the ego.

And the mind obviously that's where all those impressions are landing all the time.

The intellect we've talked about it last time.

It's the processor that decides what is right and wrong,

What is good or bad.

It is the decision-making machine.

And of course then there is our ego,

Your own self,

Your own sense of self.

Use your sense of who you are.

How you like to look,

How you like the world to see you,

How you want to present yourself as who you are.

It is so so interesting and this is why we never ever want to kill our ego.

We always want to embrace it and understand it in a better way.

We define it,

We define it,

We align with it.

Because if you see yourself through your own ego's eyes and you behave in the exact same way as you like to see yourself,

Then there is no conflict.

That's called authenticity.

It's called our integrity.

And now if you look at a different person,

When you look in the mirror at home and when you are outside,

You are a different person when you are dealing with people.

When you are at work,

You are a different person.

And when you are at home,

You are a different person.

And you are another person when you are going to play.

But don't you feel that it is too much of work,

It's too much hard work.

So what we want to do really is to embrace our ego,

Embrace our sense of self.

Because this is our link to our self-esteem.

And of course what we want is to be very strong and healthy internally as much as possible.

We want this self-esteem to be strong and healthy,

Not the ego.

But if you look at where we are most constricted in our lives,

It is in this subtle realm,

The realm of the mind,

The realm of the ego,

The realm of the beliefs,

The realm of the impressions that land on us.

And it creates a shadow of our self,

Of who we are.

And that is what we tell ourselves of what and who we are.

So in this meditation,

It's time to move through some of these limiting beliefs that we carry.

So start with,

Let's find a comfortable place.

Take a seat,

Lie down,

Maybe you sit up,

Whatever feels comfortable.

But we always recommend that you sit up.

Because if you lie down,

You might create a connection to fall asleep.

So our first recommendation is to sit up and just try to get as comfortable as possible.

And if you have a physical problem,

A physical pain in sitting down,

And hopefully over time these meditations will heal you and then you'll slowly be able to sit in a chair.

And I just hope that this becomes really possible for you.

And during these meditations,

Just notice any breakthroughs,

Any changes which you feel inside you,

Just remember to send me an email back,

Which we can share with so many other people to tell them your story of success.

So let's now close our eyes.

And in your mind's eye,

Envision something you'd really like to get done.

Imagine something you'd really like to have happened.

Just don't make too much big things in the mind right now.

Just something in your daily life that you're just trying to get done.

And for some reason,

You can't seem to move across that line.

You know what that is.

You don't need to search for hours.

Just a couple of moments,

Like you might ask them,

Oh yeah,

That thing,

I just keep trying to move it and it's not moving ahead.

And now you ask yourself,

Why?

Why isn't it moving ahead?

And obviously there are two components here.

And you know there is something else and there is one which is you.

And if you see that you're pointing the fingers on others and saying I can't get this done because of someone or something else outside of me,

Then also it's okay.

We honor that statement right now.

But I think we have to go a little deeper and determine if it's actually true.

Yes,

If the reason that you cannot fly is because of gravity,

It's true.

Gravity is responsible for me not being able to fly.

So don't try to find some reason like this to think right now in this meditation.

Please try to come up with something a little more connected to your life,

Your daily life,

Your day to day situations.

Is there something I really can do in my life situation or challenges that I'm facing these days?

To flip it on its head,

To turn this inside out,

To take a limiting belief and turn it into a limitless belief.

Is it possible that I can do anything out of these two things,

Either of one of these?

So let's really explore that more deeply.

You have this thing that you want to do.

You have the excuse or the reason or the blockage for the challenge which is standing in your way of achieving it.

And then there is you.

What can you do to reverse that,

To unlock that,

To unblock that,

To open that so that you truly can move closer in the direction which you want to go.

So let's start this meditation of going deeper but before that remember to breathe,

Always remember to breathe.

Breathe deeply and then let it go.

Just gently let it go.

So let's do some very powerful breathing together and when I say breathe in then just breathe in and when I say breathe out then just breathe out.

And in each one of those breathings I will request you to inhale something and exhale something else.

So don't think anything.

I'll guide you on this.

So let's begin.

Take a long slow breath in of infinite possibilities.

And gently let go of the limits you have created inside.

Now take a deep breath in of empowerment.

Let's exhale any blame or pointing fingers at somebody or even yourself.

Just let go of that.

Take a long slow breath and inhale creativity.

And let go of any stale ideas that seem to be holding you back.

Take a long deep breath in of abundance.

Let go of constriction.

Take a deep breath in of expansion.

And gently exhale the word no.

Let's get this word no out of you.

Breathe in growth.

Exhale being stuck.

Breathe in love.

And exhale suspicion.

Inhale second chances.

Exhale rigidity.

Breathe in empowerment.

And exhale weakness.

Inhale passiveness.

Let go of confusions.

Breathe in triumphs.

And breathe out constrictions.

Let's breathe in your breakthroughs.

And exhale your limiting beliefs.

Just breathe in success.

And let go of failures.

Breathe in infinite possibilities.

And let go of the past.

And now just sit in silence for some time.

And let's have all these new aspects of yourself shining,

Growing and expanding.

And whatever was holding you back or whatever was old way of thinking or experiencing things or whatever it was doesn't matter.

Just let it go right now.

Just let it go right now.

And then we simply flow.

What can't you do?

What can't you do right now?

You've got it all going on now.

And as long as you have the vision,

As long as you keep leaning forward in the direction of your dreams and desires,

Then whatever your limiting beliefs are,

They will just peel off like thin pieces of onions.

You just have to do this meditation again and again of looking at those beliefs which you carry inside,

Which are holding you back.

It's not always somebody outside holding us,

But that second is us,

Ourselves,

Believing in our beliefs,

Those limiting beliefs which just doesn't let us move forward.

So let's seal this commitment right now to moving through our limiting beliefs.

And just say to yourself right now,

I commit to.

.

.

And whatever comes up with whatever that commitment is,

Just pick it out.

So now take a deep breath in and what is it you commit to right now?

And finish that sentence.

I commit to.

.

.

And don't make this a long deep complex thing,

Just one simple thing.

And this journey of transformation always begins with this one first step,

The first small step.

So what do you commit to?

And you know all of your beliefs,

They are created by you.

There is no such thing as you cannot.

There is only you cannot if you don't want it to happen.

And if you commit to it,

Whatever that is,

And now that these limiting beliefs have just lifted off you,

Whatever you want,

You will have it.

You can have it and you deserve to have it.

So let's spend that little time of silence with that commitment which you are going to make right now for yourself.

Make it like an affirmation or a mantra for yourself.

And keep on repeating that affirmation or a mantra over and over and over again,

Sitting in silence.

Thank you.

You can stop repeating your commitment or your mantra now and let's really really connect together and by chanting AUM and seeing this commitment of our limitless belief systems.

So let's take a deep breath in and gently release.

Take another long slow deep breath in and gently let go.

And let's seal this meditation,

This wonderful limitless meditation by chanting AUM,

The universal sound together.

Take a deep breath in.

AUM.

When it feels comfortable,

You can slowly,

Very slowly open your eyes.

And this is me,
