This life is meant to move you into your highest destiny.
The question is,
Will you let it or resist it?
Each season of your life carries its own breeze.
With every ending comes a whisper of a new beginning.
Yet so often,
We resist the currents already moving through us.
We clutch to the familiar,
Afraid to release.
And in doing so,
We miss the quiet grace of what's unfolding right before our eyes.
Life was never meant to keep us still.
It is designed to shape us,
To stretch us,
To lift us into who we are becoming.
Relationships,
Departures,
New paths.
Each are thresholds that ask us to release what no longer serves us and to open to what is arriving.
And when we soften into the flow of life,
When we let the wind carry us rather than resist it,
The medicine of change begins its gentle work.
So if you're ready,
Let's begin.
Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down without distraction.
Take a slow deep breath in and let the exhale stretch a little longer than the inhale.
Allow your shoulders to melt and your belly to soften.
Feel your body as it meets the surface beneath you.
Safe,
Grounded,
And present.
At this time,
Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Feel this connection with your body,
With yourself.
Breathing deeply.
In this moment of presence and connection,
Ask yourself,
What season am I in right now?
What is beginning for me and what is ending?
Do not search for the perfect answer.
Simply allow images,
Sensations,
Or emotions to rise.
Noticing the gentle currents of life swirling within you as if a soft wind is stirring the leaves of your inner landscape.
Witness what has ripened,
What is ripe,
What is alive,
And what is decaying.
As you continue breathing,
Notice where you feel tension,
Resistance,
Or tightness.
Place your hand over that space.
With every inhale,
Draw warmth and gentleness into that area of your body.
And with every exhale,
Imagine the wind of change brushing through,
Loosening,
Shifting,
And carrying away what no longer serves your highest growth.
Now bring both hands over your heart.
And as you inhale slowly and exhale deeply,
Imagine releasing what is ending.
Feel it lift and drift away on a gentle breeze.
With the next inhale,
Sense the stirrings of what is beginning,
Arriving softly like new winds of change,
Revitalizing.
And allow your body to move with this new rhythm.
Let it guide you intuitively.
Maybe it's a gentle sway,
A little rocking,
Or simply the rise and fall of your chest.
Feel the dance of letting go and receiving,
Of surrendering into the invisible currents guiding you.
And notice,
With presence,
How your body softens,
How your chest opens,
And how your heart lifts and expands.
You can stay with this sensation for as long as you'd like.
However,
If you need to go,
We will bring this meditation to a close with gratitude,
And taking a moment to thank yourself for being present.
Thank the season you are leaving for all its lessons,
And thank the season arriving for its gifts and potentiality.
Feel the wind brushing over your face,
Entering your body,
Reminding you that change is natural,
Necessary.
Slowly start adding gentle movements to your fingertips and toes,
Maybe offering yourself a little stretch with your upper body,
And gently opening your eyes,
Coming back to your space.
Taking the time here to note anything that has arisen for you in your journal,
And using these prompts as guides for your reflection.
Where am I resisting the winds of change?
And what fears arise when I imagine letting go?
What possibilities might unfold if I allow myself to be carried by this new current?
What wisdom do I carry from the season I am leaving?
How can I support and nurture myself as I step into what is next?
As you move through the rest of your day,
Your week,
And this month,
Notice the places where you may still be holding on.
What is asking to be released?
What parts of you long to be met with tenderness as you welcome what is coming?
Give yourself the permission and the space to grieve,
To feel,
To honor the season you are in.
Let the winds of change soften your edges rather than harden them.
And remember,
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You simply need to meet yourself here,
In this moment,
Right now,
With presence.
Trust that life is shaping you in ways you may not yet see.
And that there is beauty waiting on the other side.
Thank you for being here.
Namaste.
