Hello and welcome to this quick reset meditation.

This short meditation will help you to re-centre and feel grounded before getting on with your day.

Let's get settled by taking a comfortable seat,

Whether it be sitting upright or with legs crossed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale through your nose.

Take another deep inhale right into the belly,

And exhale through your mouth.

There is nothing you have to be doing,

Nowhere you have to be right now.

You are present in this moment.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

One more time,

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Now gently come back to your surroundings.
